Trying to lose weight, day one, starting food diary.. what do you think so far? advice tips?

Day one:


5:30am- half a peach (something little before the gym)


(break.) 8:20_egg whites with one slice of turkey bacon mixed in, strawberries,pineapples


snack:


10:20- other half of peach


10:47-non fat vanilla yogurt with granolla and strawberries cut in


(lunch)-12:30 white chicken breast (small) with brown rice and a few slices of avacado


(dinner)6:30-


salmon with rice and asparagus





and thats it maybe a few strawberries later tonight if i get hungry...





and this morning i did kick boxing walking for 15mins and a little bit of weights





trying to get a very tones and lean body (victoria secret model like haha)

Good luck, I think I would starve on that diet, me likes my salads and coffee.

Looks good so far but make sure to consume enough calories.





Make sure to get something in between lunch and dinner.





Eating small meals throughout the day will speed up your metabolism.





You could have had an apple or half a sandwich between 12:30 and 6:30.
Sounds okay but are you meeting the 2000 calories a day requirement? Keep a record of the calories...cause it doesn't quite sound like your eating enough. And if you don't eat enough, your metabolism will pretty much be ruined for life. And it's hard to fix.





I keep a food diary and i ALWAYS make sure i eat 2000 calories a day. On Sunday's I eat 4000 as this always shocks my metabolism out of complacency and helps me lose weight. I exercise half hour every day.


By doing this I have been losing half a kilo a week. I now weigh 55kg and feel very healthy because my body is being properly nourished.





This is what i will be eating today:





Breakfast:


Bowl of porridge.


Banana


Yakult





Lunch:


Bread roll filled with ham, cheese, and salad


Yogurt


Nuts


2 mandarins


Apple





Dinner:


2 pieces toast


half can mushrooms


bacon


scrambled eggs





Dessert:


Hot chocolate








It helps if you make one day a week where you can give in to your cravings. This will help make your you don't break your healthy eating during the week. If you crave during the week, you can remind yourself that there are only a few days to go until you can have it.


My cheat day is Sunday. I always eat 4000 calories on this day. This is because I couldn't lose weight before I tried this. They reckon it's good to shock your metabolism. Must be cause goddam it's working!
