Starting my diet tomorrow any good tips or advice?

My BMI is classed as obese and im only 15, and as summer is coming up now, i don't want to be a walking whale in a swimsuit.


I have quite Alot of belly fat and im starting my diet tomorrow to lose it so i can wear this bikini i have in my cupboard to encourage me. Best foods to avoid so i can make this happen? Best exercises? ANY help would be great! i'm going to eat only three meals a day and drink LOTS of water, foods too include in the 3 meals?

Set realistic targets.





Don't expect that you'll wake up tomorrow and stick to your plan because you've changed everything drastically. Just start by cutting out any junk food/pre-packaged foods that are high in salt/sugar intake etc. Allow yourself to one junk meal a week as a reward, and plus we should be allowed to indulge in something greasy/sweet every once in a while. In the meantime, just try and have less of what you normally eat and include some regular exercise into your daily schedule (again, nothing over the top, work your way up to it).





Another suggestion is to break up your meals possibly into 6 small meals instead of having 3 large meals.





Eg:





- A couple slices of toast for breakfast


- Piece of fruit


- Chicken/avocado wrap or w/e for lunch


- Rice cakes + tuna


- Grilled meat + steamed veggies


- Tuna/cottage cheese


(This is just an example - don't quote me on accuracy of how healthy this is supposed to be).





2 - 4 hour gaps b/t small meals/snacks. Drink lots of water when you do get hungry to fill that hunger craving.





Also, try exercising before brekkie because there's nothing in your stomach to burn off, so it should help burn those calories from previous day. Go for a 30 min jog/power-walk and keep heart rate up.

Hi Ive not had a problem with my weight but I only ever eat three times a day ,


Wheat flakes in the morning


Toast and lime jelly dinner time


and tea time just what evr is going then I eat nothing till the next morning works for me so hope it helps you into that nice costume for bathing good luck x
Google 'Body For Life', this is the best food table! Exercise atleast 30min of cardio (walking, running, swimming, or what ever gets your heat pumping) everyday, and about 30min of a light strength work out 2-3 times a week and you will see results in no time at all.
just to let you know


its better to eat more smaller meals


then 3 big meals





and,


dont eat under 1200 calories a day, if you do , your body will just go into starvation mode and store onto fat





and BMI is stupid

I don't have a lot of advice although I lost plenty of weight myself. My suggestion is to exercise as much as you can and drink loads of water. Best of luck!
