Help Please!?! Need advice/tips!!!?

What is the best way to reduce the size of my love handles? I also would like to tone up my butt and thighs. Anyone have any good exercise regiments for a 21 year old mother? I'm looking for something that I can incorporate my child in or that is easily done while he is sleeping. The rest of my body is pretty toned. Just looking for something to tighten up my hip region.

Ok! Firstly thank you for answering my question.

Now to start, most people think that losing weight/toning your body is hard, when it is not at all! But you have to be disciplined. After a day it doesn't mean you will be super toned. OK, here's my best advice:

Do exercises that uses mostly the lower part of your body--Bike riding, and on the treadmill.

Do leg lifts! They specialize specially on the thigh area, and it can even help you reduce inches.

These sites are golden:

And lastly, remember to have a good diet that involves fiber.

And if you want to feel fuller without eating less, you can incorporate bread into your meal. Bread is rich in fiber, that's why eating it makes you feel full fast.

Eat vegetables!

Drink tea. Green tea is amazing, and makes the body feel better.

Another thing: Pilates is great. It also relaxes you.

OK, and another thing: Jumping is really really good! Yes, it sounds weird. Jumping. But the key is that you jump with your legs spread apart shoulder width, and when you jump, have a 6-8 pound exercise ball in your hands. Jump with the ball, and the thing is to tighten your butt while you jump. Do this 30 times a day as much as possible.

how about the right type of clothes, ...am just saying and good luck
Squats work wonders! Just stand with your feet shoulder width apart with your hands on your hips and squat so that there is a 90 degree angle at your knees without bending forward. For your love handles try standing with your feet shoulder width apart and lean side to side....if you can hold something heavy like maybe a jug of milk or a 5 or 10 lb weight this will really help...the great thing is both of these can be done in your living room.... best of luck!
jogging,if you cant go jogging out doors get a tredmill.this is really the best way to shape up just about any area inside and outside the body.you will not lose wait or start toneing up after just a few times this takes work its better to make it a daily routine.cycling is also a great way to tone up but it also takes the daily work, the best results dont come easy or in a pill.rember to stretch before and after work outs.good luck.
during the day, do about 5 crunches a day, and add 5 till you reach about 30, which is easy. at night, there is this pad which helps you sweat a little, and it burns up calories. ive lost 30 pounds and i have a great body in 4 weeks.
Try Pilates or Yoga. There are many videos you can get and you can do it easily with a toddler or while they are sleeping. It is also very relaxing, but it does a great job of toning your core area.
Try that thing where you lay on your back and bend your legs, and take it in turns to touch opposite knee to opposite elbow.

If that makes sense.
Walking is the excersize you need. Lucky your son is to have such a lovely mother.
