Ahhhh confused!! =[ ??? help, advice, tips?

ok soo urmmm i use to be fairly bigg... and i just started eating healthy hoping to lose wieght in my butt and thighs.. and i did a little bit.. but not alot , instead i lost alot of wieght in my arms and my boobs... Alot of wieght in my boobs.. ive gone down like 2 bra sizes and doesnt look healthy... how do i lose more wieght in my thigh and butt and gain some in my boobs. p.s im 182 cm tall and 57 kilos ??? does bike riding help? explanation for why this has happened??Ahhhh confused!! =[ ??? help, advice, tips?
When you lose weight you can lose it from any part of your body. The best thing you need to do is some exercise, as this will also tone your body up and will look much healthier. I would recommend doing cardio-vascular exercise (not in the gym; doing cardio in the gym is boring and basically cheating as the machines do not emulate different terrains, hills etc).





Cycling and running are probably the best thing to do; running requires a lot more endurance than cycling, so if you maybe alternate between the two between every workout it will allow your body to cope better. Maybe also doing light weight exercises in the form of lunges and squats regularly, as these are very good at toning up leg muscles.Ahhhh confused!! =[ ??? help, advice, tips?
Do the elipitical, step aerobics, pilates :-)
