Driving Test Tomorrow - Advice/Tips?

Hey, I have my driving test tomorrow at 2pm.


I've got an hours lesson before that, to ease me into it.





I'm not very nervous (probably will be when the time comes though), and I'm feeling quite confident. I know I have the ability to pass - and my examiner is confident I'm ready for my test.





Anyway, I just wanted any advice or/and tips you guys have? I'm really hoping to pass because I'll have to wait til at least August for a resit in my area, and I want to pass before I go to University.

just make sure you concentrate 100% and dont make any silly and basic mistakes (which is what i did in my first test when i forgot to indicate). Always go through the motions/routines and take your time (but make sure you dont drive too slow).





Do this and you will defo pass

How can your examiner have confidence in you ? You won't meet him until tomorrow.





Before the practical test, he will ask you questions to see if you know where all the switches are for hazard warning lights, headlights, windshield wipers etc. You will also be required to show hand signals for turning left and right and for going straight ahead, slowing down etc.





Glance over your shoulder, use your mirrors and use your indicator before turning or changing lanes. (Make sure the examiner sees that you do ALL THREE). Watch your speed ... especially in 25 mph zones.





Finally : RELAX ! Anxiety is not conducive to good driving.

It will be okay. Just drive nicely lol don't take corners too fast, and DEFINITELY do not go over the speed limit, even a little bit. You probably knew that already though. But yeah just remember everything you learned and you will do just fine. I passed my test the first time and I'm a crazy driver! :P Good luck!
Make sure and check your mirrors, and even exagerate it, acyually move your head so the instructor will now for sure that you are using your mirrors.





And secondly just stay calm, even if you make a complete **** up, forget bout it and continune on and focus with the rest of your test. I nearly crashed doing my test, and was so sure i had failed, but i didnt, i passed.





If you are unsure of a direction the instructor has given you, ask hm to repeat it.





and last off all dont go to slow, alot of people make this mistake, and the instructor will want you to be making progress. I got docked 3 times for going too slow in my test. Jesus now im starting to wonder how the hell i passed it
when i took my driving test, i didn't pass until the second time. i was driving too slow, but it was raining. all u have to do is drive at a good pace, and remember everything you've learned. even if u don't pass, you'll just have to try again. it's no big deal. that's what i had to do. good luck!!!!!
one thing that a lot of my friends fail on is that they don't make it obvious that they are checking the rear view mirror, you need to move your head so it's clear you are checking it. check it a lot, they are hot on this. good luck. let us know how you get on.
just focus on everything you've learned. Just like taking a math test. Concentrate is the most important. Do a review of everything, and pretend that ur couch is ur car and just practice.

i just took my drivers test today, past it with ease, just drive like your lesson teacher tells you and you wont have a problem
