Make up advice/tips to go with my dress?

I want to experiment with eyeshadow that would look really good with my dress. I have medium to dark skin tone and have a dress like this:

The dress is a bright teal (blueish green color) and I want something fun for my make-up. Help??? =]Make up advice/tips to go with my dress?

as far as your face goes do skin toned foundation...eyes an all that though....what you could do is...line ur eye in either a black or blue eyeliner top and bottom part of your eye...Then as far as the color I would do the top in a medium blue one to match the dress or you could go brighter then line the bottom of ur eye right under ur eye lashes with a white just a lil though...then try a light brown lip liner with a brownish lipstick but not brown or a neutral looking color..just something to make your lips look fuller

You sound nice? Are yoa? Anyway try a brown/green lipstick with peices of dried nuts in it. It really is cute!!!!!
