Looking for advice and tips for 4-H

Ok this is my first year showing a dog in showmanship in 4-H. My dog Tess is doing really well. I'm kind of nervous though. Does anyone have any tips or advice for me? Looking for advice and tips for 4-H
';Show'; a set of keys dangling from your leash. On fast %26amp; slow walks and turns the keys shouldn't jingle, swing, or bob.

Wash your dog, clean its ears, trim its nails, brush its teeth %26amp; clean any eye gunk YOURSELF. Learn all the parts of your dog, its breed's history, and its group's purpose. In close contests personal responsibility and knowledge will take you over the top. Last week a girl from our club won in showmanship because she was able to point out her dog's croup.

If a nearby county has fair before yours, watch its dog showmanship (and obedience %26amp; agility) trials. Knowing what to expect can ease nerves.

Good luck!
