Already on the verge of asking her out but need some last minute support or advice/tips?

So i have a somewhat close friend of mine whos a girl. She's the type of girl that hugs people a lot and a litl flirty with a bunch of people. Iv been friends with her for about 4 yrs and its only been in the last couple of months that iv begun to like her and since then i've kinda begun noticing a couple of things. After we hug she kinda leaves one of her hands on my hip for a couple more seconds. She also touches my arms a lot whenever we pass by each other in the hallway or talk. Wen we talk she gets very close to me and i think that she looks into my eyes ';deeply'; or watever that means. She has also said ';hey boo'; to me a few times. Once she held my hands wen we walked down a hallway for a coupl of seconds b4 walking away. In class i catch her staring at me a couple of times especially after we first have eye contact. We sit pretty far apart but whenever we make eye contact she always smiles at me.
