Hey everyone, so I'm just wondering if you know any REALLY good face washes that would help minimize the size of my pimples or help them disappear. I only get small little pimple bumps in the center of my forehead, and on the sides of my face I have a couple big ones. I was wondering if anyone could help me with this because I really want a nice clear face without any more breakouts! And I already use Differen which is that acne killing thing, but it doesn't really start to help until after a couple of weeks. Lol.
*Please don't say Proactive, I have tried it and it doesn't work, and I can't use Clearasil because I'm allergic to Benzoyl Peroxide or whatever that thing is that they use. Yeah. I get really red hives and itchy ness if i put it anywhere on my face.* So anyways, please help me out and it will be much appreciated!Acne Advice %26amp; Tips; Easy 10 Points! =]?
Remember: cleanse, tone, moisturise. And EXFOLIATE
Here's my regime. I used to have severe acne, and this has kept it under control.
Morning: Cleanse with Nivea Visage Young cleanser, tone with Niv.Visage young toner, and apply this wierd moisturiser which isnt available widely. Then I apply my makeup and stuff.
Night: Cleanse with the nivea cleanser, then scrub with St Ives (that apriot scrub brand) for oily skin. Then tone, and apply the wierd moisturiser, and then benzoyl peroxide.
My skin is tougher, so i can withstand benxoyl peroxide. Proactive only works on mild acne.
One REALLY, REALLY good facial is the cheap and effective honey + aspirin mask.

I used to use it everyday, but my mum thinks it's harmful or something and banned me from using it, hence I now use St Ives. But really, that facial helped keep my severe acne under control, and really exfoliated beautifully. Try it. :] As for the moisturiser... hmmm... I like the nivea visage young moisturiser (I love that range, yeh), though not many other people do. Neutrogena sounds good from the reviews I've heard and read. Give that a go.
Good luck!Acne Advice %26amp; Tips; Easy 10 Points! =]?
Go to your dermatologist %26amp; ask him or her for recommendations. They can give you prescriptions for stuff that isn't available on the shelves of stores, stuff that will actually work. They're experts %26amp; because they know best, they can help you get clear skin in no time. Good luck!
While a good facial regimen is very important what really makes a different is what you put inside your body..not just on it. Foods like Salmon, avocado's, and blueberries give your skin a fabulous boost no matter what your age. They also help with acne prone skin. Also (and i'm sure you've heard this) drink 8 12oz glasses of water a day no matter what. You'll notice a change in a week.
As far as a good face wash if you want a drugstore brand try Neutrogena deep clean wash for normal/oily skin. I use it and really like it. If you want something a little better try Juice Beauty Green Apple Cleansing Gel by Juice Beauty. It's a natural organic line and I LOVE IT! They also have other acne products such as a blemish clearing serum and blemish be gone spot treatment. It's all natural so it shouldn't bother your skin. Good luck!!
-for those really big red ones that always decide to show up right before you have to go somewhere, i usually put hot water on a wash cloth and hold it there for like 3 minutes..after that you can usually pop them if they come to a head...just a tip!
any face wash from the clean and clear line works really well. for the small bumps on your forehead it sounds like you need to get the clean and clear scrub..and for the bigger ones maybe get some of their acne face wash (it's a pink gel)! exfoliate in the morning and use the acne face wash at night..don't forget to buy astringent also!
--never skip washing your face before you go to sleep! this will make you break out more
good luck :)
