Lifting advice/tips ?

I am not new to weight lifting or working out by any means, I am a sophomore in college and I got pretty big last school year, working out almost daily but have been pretty busy this year and haven't been able to get back on track and i have noticed that i have lost a lot of muscle mass and am growing a gut haha. I have used many different types of protien and once tried NO Explode but found that it made my heart race some days at the gym, but i was just wondering what suppliments people out there have found to be effective for gaining muscle mass or just any tips to get back into shape and bigger, i have time so that will not be an issue this semester

take vp2 and glutemin the protein will help with the bulk and diet aspect and the glutemin will replenish/ repair your muscles for the next day
