i wasnt asking for rudeness.

i just wanted sum advise for a bouncy trot!!
kind people and helpfull answers very welcome thankyou :)
rude people please just dont even bother okay??No styrup tips and advice??
Many people have probs with a ';bouncey'; trot...It is tough to sit; particularly if you have a horse with a lot of drive from behind. Relax as much as you can and ';relax'; into the horse's movement. Close your eyes (if you're in an arena) and really try to ';feel'; the trot...let your lower spine (lumbar area) move with the horse....looks easier than it really is. I'd even suggest beginning at a slower jog trot and then begin to speed up as your able to follow the movement.
I cannot sit a bouncey trot as spinal problems keep me from it...very hard for me.
Anyway, practice and more practice....No styrup tips and advice??
wish i could help, but reading the other answers, i dont have anymore to add.
i have the same problem with my horse, and my back is rather rubbish now, so rising trot all the time for me,
when you get on the horse try to lean back so not to hurt his spine
styrups these should be fitted correctly to avoid injuring the horse
