ok, please don't be like to MILLIONS of other girls who wear BLACK eyeliner with BLACK mascara and BLACK eyeshadow just to look older. cause it doesn't make you look older. you look like a raccoon.
so pale skin, so do i
for your skin, use concealer for under your eyes, lighter than your normal skin tone
then use foundation for zits, not all over. only people 30+ should use all over foundation
then, use a loose powder foundation and brush ALL OVER YOU FACE. it make you face smooth and have great complexion.
and don't forget blush on you apples.
green eyes? yea, don't use black. use some blackish/brown mascara. and skin the liner, unless brown liquid JUST on the top for like church or special events
use natural color eyeshadow. cream type eyeshadow is best.
lips, i love gloss. i have tons of gloss. red, pink, clear, any kind.
hope this helps! DONT BE A RACCOON! be fabulous!

Switch to a soft brown eyeliner and mascara. You'll notice an immediate improvement. As for eyeshadows, I'm quite pale myself, so I stick to neutrals, pearly whites and pinks, and the occasional soft green grey.
Just play around and see what you like the best. That's part of the fun of makeup.
Honestly, you need to experiment. Remember: less is more. I suggest you use a reddish brown mascara and a LIGHT brown or blonde eyeliner. As for shadow....don't use it. It usually looks cheap anyway.
For the lips:If you want your lips to be shiny, you should try CoverGirl Wetslicks Crystals in any color you require.Or try Outlast Smoothwear if you want your lipstick to stay on for 16 hours. hours. For the face:Maybelene Dream Matte Mousse Powder Foundation to make your cheeks have color and make it look sexy. For the eyes:have multi-colored shades as your eyeshadows. And just try to find a good mascara. That completes a sexy look for you.

Try a light peachy/pink color eye shadow with blue eyeliner, on top only and blue or brown mascara. Keep it light and natural as your light coloring will make anything else seem trashy. Good Luck!
makeup isnt hard to put on, if you look like a clown when your done, you need to seriously get yourself to a MAC makeup artist at nordstroms or bloomingdales.
With pale skin, it is best to leave well alone, I'm sure you have beautiful olive or ivory skin, don't worry about bronzer or tanning. As far as eye shadows, with green eyes, the rule of thumb is to pick colors which best contrast to your color eyes. Use purple and green tones. Almay makes eye shadows, liner, and even mascaras to compliment the various eye colors, their line of products is called: Almay Intense i-color, get the products which compliment green eyes. Almay is a great, affordable makeup. Also, another hint in choosing colors is to look deep into your eyes and find the other hues of color in your eyes and pick those same colors...with green eyes the hues are usually browns yellows..etc, then chose eye shadows which match the other colors in your eyes. As far as putting the make up on, that's a long answer, many eye shadows show a diagram for which to follow when putting it on, basically, put the light colors at the brow bone, medium shades from your eye lash line to the crease in your eye lid, and then darker colors on your crease and shade into the corners of your eyes. It's alot of hit and miss and finding what works for you! Just get some make up and play around a bit, also, ask your friends or the girls in your family to help, believe me, girls love make overs! I'm sure if you search around on the Internet you can find a bunch of make up tips, also, in various magazines, Cosmo, teen, y'know, girlie magazines! Good Luck!
I know what you mean, I'm in the same boat. I'm really pale, and I don't use foundation if i don't have to, just concealor under my eyes and pressed powder. I have hazel eyes and blonde hair, and I never use black eyeliner, always a brown color. I use eyeliner only on the bottom, and the inside corner. I just feel like it makes my eyes ';pop'; a little. I try to stick with pinks and browns, nothing too dark though, its usually almost unnoticable. I hope this helps a little. If not, you could always try to contact me.
For mascara, I'd say go ahead and try brown if you have light to medium colored hair. The biggest problem I notice with mascara is clumping (as in the lashes sticking together or blotches of mascara becoming attached to your lashes).
My solution to that is to invest in an eyelash (and eyebrow) comb and use it to combat clumping for what will hopefully be feather-like lashes. Also, look for a mascara that promises to clear clumps off the brush before you use it.
For eyeliner, I hear that only applying it to your top lash is 'the rule'; for darker or more irregular colors I'd agree with for at least day time. However, my favorite eyeliner is a short of iridescent white made by NYC that brightens up my eyes (they're blue surrounded by very pale skin).
For eye shadows, I'd guess you could try a very light gold for day (I'm going off of my sister having a sort of gold in the middle of her green eyes) and experiment with brighter colors for night. Look for the eyeshadow kits in stores made just for one eye color.
Overall, I'd say the natural/neutral/glowing look isn't going away anytime soon, so you could go off of that. Pick either your eyes or your lips to show off and only make that ONE eye-catching/bold and the other neutral (for example don't pair bold eyelash or mascara commercial eyes with shiny bright lipstick). For fair skin, try looking for lipstick or gloss that's peachy or with a brown-ness hidden in with the pink.
