And a shout out for those ladies who are still trying . Don't give up! Ur chance will come soon ...lots of babydust!IM PREGNANT!! :) any advice or tips?
Obviously cut out anything that's bad for you (excessive caffeine and sugar, street drugs, hard liquor, etc.) LOL OK, that was a joke--I'm sure you don't do any of those, but if you do, obviously it's best to stop doing them. :)
Take your prenatals every day and drink lots of water. Try to eat as healthy/balanced as possible, but you should definitely indulge your cravings. If you don't, it becomes agonizing and that's ALL you'll think about. :) Just keep in mind that with most things pregnancy related, moderation is the key.
Don't do any heavy lifting/strenuous exercises. Walking and swimming are great for you (especially the swimming onces you get farther along and your back hurts from the weight of the baby.)
Other than that, good luck!! Try to take it easy and enjoy your pregnancy. It gets pretty rough there toward the end (peeing constantly, wanting to eat everything that's not nailed down, tired of aching feet/back, etc.) but I can guarantee you that once your baby is born, all the ';bad'; things about being pregnant will be forgotten, and you WILL miss being pregnant.
Congrats!!IM PREGNANT!! :) any advice or tips?
Relax, enjoy and take care of yourself. And congratulations!
If you run into specific problems, check again, but right now any advice on stuff like morning sickness or sore tendons would be overwhelming, and you're not likely to need it. Other than staying healthy, there isn't much you have to do for a while.
What are you looking for tips for? Is there something specific you need help on?
Basically there is nothing to do...the baby will do it on it's own. Eat healthy, take prenatal vitamins, maybe get the book What to Expect When You are Expecting. Stay away from chemicals, HEAVY exercise, cat poop (NOT cats, just their poop), ask dr. before taking any meds.
ENJOY EVERY MOMENT OF IT! FROM THE MORNING SICKNESS TO THE ROLLER COASTER OF EMOTIONS! trying to become pregnant is hard especially when it doesn't come as easy as it does to others... so my advice is just to love every moment of it.
drink lots of water. just be happy and excited for now! theres a lot to come!
