I'm fifteen and 5'4.
I'm just over a horrible year of having a ';eating disorder'; and trying to get back on the horse.
I don't want to get skinner i just want to maintain my figure. I'm a size 6 (us) 8 (uk/ireland) in clothes and i just want to keep that size but get fitter and healthier. I want to start excercising so how many times should i excercise a week?
I'm thinking of swimming and the gym.

All you really need is about 3-4 times a week. Swimming is excellent for your body and just take a day or two to do weights. At your age, you'll have no problem maintaining your figure. You are already a good size and you should be very proud of yourself for overcoming your disorder. I think its great you want to be healthier.Exercise. Any tips? Suggestions? Advice?
i exercise everyday and im just fine 30 minutes a day and maybe 2 hours science today was a snow day
