I just wanted to share some info w/ you about me %26amp; our situation %26amp; I look forward to your answers!! Thanks so much for your time!Any tips %26amp;/or advice on TTC?!!?
my advice would be start using ovulation tests right away, I wasted a whole year on the online ovulation calendars..
you can get them here really cheap: http://www.babycreation.com or at any drug store..
when i started seeing a specialist that's the first thing he had me start doing.. I've been pregnant twice in a year since then but sadly lost both.Any tips %26amp;/or advice on TTC?!!?
Check out or buy the book ';Taking Charge of Your Ferility';. Great information there. I knew my problems before I even saw my RE. I ovulate around cd 20 or cd 21 which isn't the norm. Having this knowledge I managed to stay off the fertility drugs and go with my late ovulation and get pregnant with a LARGE bouncing baby boy. In the end I just needed help with my progesterone. It is a wonderful book!
Here's a link to an ovulation calendar so you know when to start BDing! My only advice is relax and have fun with it. You know that you can conceive because you've done it before so don't stress over it or worry about it, just have fun with it! Best of luck!

Hiya you :-) I can completely understand why you're excited, it's such a wonderful time when you finally decide to build on your family! I'm wishing you all the luck in the world for a big fat positive pregnancy test soon! My partner and I are TTC our first and have been since July. Am really hoping we've caught it this month. A Christmas positive would be the best present Santa could bring me!!
As for advice, my best is to get to know your cycle as well as you can. Start counting from the first day of bleeding on your period as Cycle Day 1 and onwards until the day before the first day of your next period. This determines your cycle length which could vary from 20-40 days plus! The average is 28. To have a rough idea of when you're due to ovulate, count back 14 days from the day you expect your next period. Of course, everyone is slightly different but this gives you an idea. Keeping an eye out for stretchy cervical mucus (Egg white consistency) will also give you a good idea as to when you're fertile. Babydancing every day or other day from when you come off your period until you know you've ovulated stands you at your best chance to conceive!
Good luck and be patient with yourself ***
