alright, so i am seriously a twig. i dunno why, probly cuz i have a fast metabolism. but how can i slow my metabolism down? i'm 13, and i weigh less than 80 pounds. i'm also under 5 feet. i'm afraid of going to highschool next year and having everyone stomp all over me with their curvy figures and huge boobs! so how can i gain weight? i'm tired of having people scream ';ow!'; when i accidentally bump into them. i look like i belong in fifth grade! please help!
p.s. don't say ';exercise'; because i don't want to become flatter than i already am. what are some really calorie-loaded foods that i might have at home? candy? bread? thanks again!

You will be so happy to have a fast metabolism later in life, don't try to slow it down now, because chances are you won't be able to speed it back up.
You're really luck you're a stick, you can wear WHATEVER you want and it'll look good, buy a padded bra if you're worried about people with curvy figures, but they're the ones who will always be looking at you with envy.
If you want to try to add some pounds, go for things like pizza and fried chicken (things coated in grease). If you eat salad, use the highest calorie dressing you can get. Eat chips, chocolate, tons of bread and sugar cereals. But really, I wouldn't worry about it too muchHELP, sorry for the caps, but i need some advice/tips?
Gurl, there are this boy at my school that looks like he is in 3rd grade. seriously. but people back away, and let you through. Dont eat fast food just eat food like junk food and dont work out, and see how much you gain. If that works. I still weigh like 122 and im only 5'2 lol. and never gain or loose pound ever. i dont get it!!
TIP, If you feel good, DON'T you dare do something crazy like putting a lot of weight on. You sound like you look fine to me. I know guys that would kill to have a nice slim girl like you. You better think what you are doing to yourself. Stay the way you are and you will be fine ';good luck';
Wanna be my gf? Lol I love girls of your size. Small girls are awesome. All my gf's have been shorter than 5 feet... my ideal size for a woman is like 4'9'; and 90lbs LOL. I love it.
you're young! i have two friends that were twig like at thirteen...then they got taller and now both of them model! trust you have a body most would die for.

Ok eat LOADS of sugar, white bread, and processed foods, so about once a week big mcdonalds splurge would be ok. TAKE ALOT OF PROTEINS! and carbs, but try not to exercise so much! DONT eat any spicy stuff! That just makes your metabolism fasterr!! INCREASE calorie intake! So at lunch, grab a big chocolate muffin or like 3 packs of chips with ur meal or some poptarts or something thats really calorie loaded! Decrease ur sleep! ALSO just note that it may seem like its taking forever for ur metabolism 2 slow down, and ur fast metabolism is in ur genetix! SO OVERALL

actually be kinda glad that you cant eat fast food all the time cuz they are super unhealthy for you and can actually ruin your metabolism.
but ya you can eat like chips, popcorn, pop-tarts! (yum), pizza, cheesecake :D
but really, dont worry about it too much! im 5ft 2-ish and i weigh 106. that might not be as much but i think im kinda chubby like i have lovehandles.. :/
so dont worry about how short you are and skinny!

I know you may feel weird by your size, but I would look at it as a good thing. Every woman wants to be skinny. And you'll get a figure eventually. I wouldn't try to become one of the crowd. And more than likely, a lot of girls are jealous of how skinny you are.
If you still disagree, then I would suggest eating a lot of breads. They're loaded with calories. Energy drinks, candy of course. Also, chips and normal snack foods. If you take in alot more calories then you burn, you'll gain weight. As long as your not a very physical person.
DON'T start eating a lot of bread or candy, you'll put on fat, not muscle.
The best way to put on weight is to simply eat more(as long as it's healthy, or else you'll just put on fat). My boyfriend is an MMA fighter and when he wants to gain weight, he gets up in the middle of the night and eats chicken and brown rice and then goes back to sleep. When you're sleeping, your body is mainly at rest so you're not burning any of those calories.
Also, try lifting weights. I'm not suggesting hundreds of pounds but get some 2 and 5 pound weights that you can lift(even when you watch TV).
Or you could always go into any health food store and ask the clerk for any suggestions.
