Im 16 weigh 10 stone and am 5'5...
i would like to lose 2 stone..i know its going to take time and patients...
I am going to be eating between 500-1000
And will be doing an Workout DVD 2ce a day...
Do you think i'll lose weight? and how much do you think ill lose in how long?Need tips or advice? can anyone help me?
Yes, you will lose weight.
But you will harm your body because of the low calories your eating, 500 calories is really not enough.
and on top of that your exercising.
You will lose a fair bit of weight, but say you eat 500 calories, then eat 1000 calories, you will put it back on more easily, i suggest you eat 1200 everyday to safe Heath and safe.
Just make sure there good food.
Fuirts and vegetable's.
Fuirt are good because there full of good car-bs giving you the Energy you need and have no fat in them.
Drink 1 liter's of water, even more if your active.
swaps your breads, pastas, cereal's, to wholegrain, rather then normal, a lot Heath for you.
Cut your dairy down to light because dairy food are fattening, but we need this food group for our caclim needs. Use low fat butter, when cooking, or for bread.
low fat chease, use low fat or plain youhurt rather then Icecream. i suggest you use fullcream milk, because your only 16 years old, and you need it for your bones.
Eat Lots os fish, fish is really good for you.
eat chicken without the skin, less fattening.
Try to stay away from meats, or have meat in small protions.
Stay away from hot chips, chocolate, chips, cream, sweets because they have all wrong fats, For your fats eat nuts almonds are good for you because they have the right fats, and every body need fat in there diet.
If your body is not use to this, the weight will slide stright off you, if you eat 1200 calories each day i prommise you! You should be eating no less then 1200 to be healthy

Number one, dropping your calories below 1200 per day is only going to result in muscle loss and slower metabolism, not to mention cause adverse health effects like irregular heartbeat, digestive problems, fainting, anemia, dizziness and heartattack. For as much exercise as you are describing you shouldn't go lower than 1500 calories each day. Eat a well balanced diet of carbohydrates, protein and healthy fats; these are needed for a healthy body and mind. As I understand 2 stone is approximately 28 pounds; if you lose it in a healthy way and take the time to change your diet to a healthy lifestyle and eat and exercise properly you can lose it in about eight months give or take. I know it seems like a long time, but if you lose it slowly and in a healthy way you will be morely likely to maintain the weight loss and will build healthy muscle along the way. Muscle burns more calories than fat and it's not a tissue you want to lose. Hope that helps a bit.
If you eat healthy balanced meals and you eat fruit for snacks and carry on doing loads of exercise you will loose weight.
