It’s my understanding that those “do it yourself” applications never work when the only help you have are four nuns/none and a dumb-thumb, and the job can be even worst if you employ married people. Never, ever include wallflowers, as it’s clear they mostly just wanna stand around and watch you work.
Stay away from nature ready-strip, while keeping in mind that manually stripping is not something you wanna fool with, this way you can avoid asking about quick clean up tips, as you successfully avoid the tedious task of looking for stain remover. Just so you’ll know, drop cloths and rages are extremely messy.
I’ve searched the web and found that there are fortunately “No Links” that you can use either. I understand that the task you are attempting to undertake always leads to “thinners” which people may decide to just label you by.
It’s best to stick with the essentials by turning on the shower, and making the best of things thereby incorporating the use of the shower to better benefit from the water based gloss over, which prevents roller marks from showing.
Just a warning; Stay away from hiring illegal help as you could suffer, spot peeling, blisters and bothersome bleeding-through issues when you’re done with the job.
I suggest specialty-tools for the job, such as a fashionable zip and snap casing, complete with bush stand, and painting tip cover. The choice of cloth material is optional.
conceal -lers, counselors, consolers, cancellers, are all on sale in your local “JC mooore than a penny.”
Trust me when I say that I would only tell you the unvarnished truth in helping you identify, and fix the problems in as few steps as possible.

I am going to go on a Mormon mission and I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips and advice?
dont knock on my doorI am going to go on a Mormon mission and I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips and advice?
Come visit me. I have some questions.I am going to go on a Mormon mission and I was wondering if anyone could give me some tips and advice?
I advise you to go to the web site in the link, and read about what former cult members say who have left the Mormon cult. The Mormon church is going to exploit you for a year or two wasting valuable time in your life that you could be putting to better use, and the only reason they are doing it is to make more money. Like all cults Mormonism needs money to be powerful. They get that money by forcing suckers to give 10% of their income to the church. I have a better idea. Drop the cult, go to college, and save 10% of your income in a pension for your retirement.
Honestly my advice would be don't go. But I know that's not what you want to hear... so....make sure you are grounded in what you believe before you leave, the mission field isn't a place to develop your testimony. Be ready to have people hate you, and ready to love them anyway. Be constant in prayer!!! I no longer attend the LDS church but have great respect for you, giving up two years of you life for a full time mission at your age is a commendable thing. God Speed and God Bless, and keep your ears open you just might learn something!
Definitely be in constant communication with God so you know his will. Have 2 versions of your testimony; a quick 2 minute version and one that is more descriptive for those who express more interest. Depending on where you go, in some foreign countries people are more open and may ask you who God is. You will be less on the defensive. Learn as much about the culture of where you are going. It is harder to share the God News if you offend them by saying something or using some gesture that is fine in the US but has different meaning where you are going. Building relationships and trust is always important. People will not listen to you if they cannot trust you.
My advice is always praise God and give thanks. Some people will tell you that you are wasting two years of your life. If this isn't what you really want to do, find a way to get out of it. But if this is your choice, don't believe that it's a waste of time. It will be an excellent opportunity to learn about yourself and other people, maybe even about God. Live a moral life knowing that you will stick out and keep up good spirits because you probably will be subjected to some abuse. Observe everything and be well.

hey dude thats auswome were? im mormon too and i want to go on a mission to some day and the best way to prepare for ur mission to study the book of mormon pray all the time and keep the faith!
Please respect people's privacy and do not seek them out if they do not want to be sought out.
Once, some very nice Mormon people visited me. I took their Book of Mormon to read it out of curiosity mostly. But I had a question a couple of years later and I tried to contact those missionaries. I did NOT want to convert, but I am a religious studies major, and we were studying Mormonism, and I wanted to reach them to clarify an issue. I had only given my email address and name, and did not give them my phone number or address. But they looked it up somehow and called me! I was shocked, but I told them please not to call me again, to just email me the answer. It was a simple question and I just wanted the answer to that. The next day, 2 Mormons came to my door! Now I felt like I was being stalked. I know that is not their intent, but that really unnerved me because I had not given them anything but my name and email address. I don't know how they found me, but it really irritated me.
So, to make a long story short... I was fine with the first missionaries. They were kind and not intrusive. But this second ';batch'; really angered me because I feel like they invaded on my personal information and privacy. So, that's my advice. ;-)
I would read your scriptures, start today, discuss things with your branch president/bishop, get physically in shape (that's the last thing you want in your way) really work on becoming more humble and developing a relationship with your Father in Heaven. Prepare for hard work. It may not be easy, but it'll be worth it if you make it that way.
RRRRRUUUUUUNNNNNNNN!
Drink lots and lots of coffee....and take some caffeine pills!!!! LOL Make sure to stop in on some Baptist brunches...they have great cakes and fantastic punch!
I would say to pray a lot and to counsil with your bishop about any questions you have that are unresolved. Believe me, giving up 2 years to be away from you family and your loved ones is tough, but the rewards are far greater. I would talk to other r.m's about their experiences and what they learned. Gain a testiomony of the work and don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it. Read D%26amp;C 4.. the whole thing. It's not very long, but it will help you with your conviction in going. Don't let others tell you that what you are doing is the wrong thing. You will know if it is right for you and you will have the peace from the Holy Ghost to help you. The biggest thing is to PRAY, PRAY, PRAY. Only you can make that decision for yourself, and you will need the support of the Lord to help you. As far as tips and advice while you are there.. listen to your companion, and grow from each other. Use the spirit to teach and guide you in what you need to do and remember that ward familys make really good food for missionaries!! ;)

Tips and advice?
on puting baby to sleepTips and advice?
I'm not sure if you're talking about in general or at night, this is my night time routine that I've used for all 3 of my girls.
*bath (use some sort of calming baby body wash/soap, lavender usually works well! johnson and johnson has come up with some good products)
*clean diaper, lotion, baby massage and pj's
*bottle/breast feed, read books
*rock a little (when my girls were really little I would rock them until they were asleep but once they turned about 8-12 weeks I would follow my routine and then lay them in their crib to fall asleep)
If you're talking about nap time:
we would usually sit in the rocker and read a few books, have a bottle or nurse and then I would lay the baby down for her nap
My girls napped well everywhere (stroller, swing, car, bouncy seat) and this was good as long as they were able to still fall asleep in their crib :0)Tips and advice?
bathe
massage
soft music
nurse/feed
dark room
baby swing
rock them 2 sleep,
change dippers before,
lay down in bed with them by watching t.v.
and them they will get tired and eventually fall asleep
When putting a baby to sleep you should try to put the baby in a swing( if you have one) and put some music on(baby music), that always calms babies. If that doesn't work try giving him his pacifier.
give baby good and comfortable place to sleep ( like soft mattress,....) then bathe baby atleast twice a day.dont put lotion, baby oil,all the time.only 1 time a day.if not baby feel very heavy of body...and uncomfortable.after bathe baby give 'gripe water' to avoid any stomuch problem and cool stomuch.tq
My 6 months old sleeps 12-14 hours a night, and has since she was three months old. All I do after her last changing and feeling, is lay her in her bed, cover her up, tell her goodnight and that I love her. I try not to excite her and she never wakes up throughout the night.
Don't always do the same thing!
If you always say rock them to sleep then one day rocking isn't going to work and then you are going to be stuck. Also don't always be home when your baby sleeps otherwise you will get trapped at home with a baby who won't nap elsewhere.
Rock to sleep, put them down alone in a dark room, walk, stroller, car, etc
Lots of good advice:

How to Get Good with Women Quickly
There’s a lot of ambiguity about the specific process that one must go through to go from chump to champ, in regards to women. Lots of times guys will run around in circles and waste time on pointless things. Then 5 years later, they still haven’t improved as much as they should have.
In this article I clear the dust off this issue and give you a clear, concise method for getting good with women as quickly as possible without wasting time doing pointless things.
Warning: The steps below take work. It is not easy. This journey will probably be one of the most difficult things you’ll ever do. It’s also one of the most rewarding things. Having an abundance of beautiful women in your life is pretty awesome. It can take a LONG time, and lots of hard work, but you know what? It’s worth it!
If you want to get SCARY good with women, as quickly as possible, there are 3 main things that you have to focus on: Attitude/Mindset, Lifestyle, and Approaches
Attitude/Mindset
No matter how far along you are in terms of your success with women (or in any endeavor in life), you should always keep your “student mindset”. Just because I’ve been actively working on myself for 2 years doesn’t mean anything. I’m no better or worse than anyone else. I’m still a student of the game and still learning every day. ALWAYS BE LEARNING. Try out new stuff. If you feel that you are “above” something or someone then you’re on the wrong track. You can be more experienced, but you’re still a student, and you’re always learning and getting better. This attitude is deadly and will help you improve much faster than the chumps who feel like they “already made it”. Stay hungry, you’ll see the difference.
Approaches
You’ve got to approach women that you don’t know and talk to them. Start with “Hey I’m Sean (insert your name)” and smile. Soon you’ll learn how to hold conversations, then how to get physical, then how to tease, then how to go on dates, then how to get laid. Eventually you will be getting laid very very consistently. It’ll freak you out how easy this process is once you get it.
What you should do: Go out 3 or more times a week and meet women. Some guys can handle going out 7 times, some can’t. Figure out what works for you. You’re best bet would be going to night clubs and bars because there you’ll find lots of women to practice on. If you blow it with one girl, you can turn around and talk to another one right away. If you’re not old enough to go to clubs and bars or if you just can’t do it, you have to find somewhere else with a lot of women. You can try malls or bookstores. Go out 4x a week and approach 10 girls each time. Make a custom plan to fit your schedule. The more women you talk to the faster you’ll improve, which brings me to my next point…
Lifestyle
Women should be part of your life. Get more girls who are friends. You’ll approach girls, get their numbers. If it doesn’t work out, keep in touch with them anyway. After a couple months you should have way more girls in your phone than guys.
Note: At one point I had to make an excel spread sheet because I forgot which girl was which. This is common, you’ll get it too.
If you have a sister, hang out with her. Surround yourself with as many women as possible. Old, young, fat, slim, funny lookin’, hot, etc… The point is to get you comfortable with the feminine energy. Women will begin to feel more safe and relaxed around you simply from the vibe that you project.
If you: are always learning, doing your approaches consistently, and hanging out with lots of girls everyday, your results with women (and self confidence in general) will skyrocket. In a month, you’ll see a major improvement, in a year you won’t even recognize yourself.
Take the plunge, you’ll be glad you did.professional makeup

and then ask her if she would like to go for a drink or out sometime

Use the spirit to teach and guide you in what you need to do and remember that ward familys make really good food for missionaries!! ;)

Starting a blog and or journal online. can I get some advice/tips/ideas?
Im thinking live journal and blogger

and blogger for beauty tips (im like the go to person for my real life friends when it comes to beauty tips)
reality television opinions, the show SNAPPED (my opinion of the verdicts)
product /food reviews
anyone know of a site where I can get help with setting this all up... like decorating/designs
im really looking for some ideas
I have it all in my head.. it's just so hard to start
everytime I log on it's so overwhelming.. I dont know WHERE to start..
basically I just want some help.. setting it up... like what are some programs/widgets I could download that would help me w/ blogging.... just ideas
Once I set it al up... the information will be a breeze... im sure . THATS THE EASY PART =)Starting a blog and or journal online. can I get some advice/tips/ideas?

I'm going on my first ever blind date tonight, with a guy i met at the gym. Any tips or advice?
Bangcok is not a capital of China. Its a capital of Thailand.I'm going on my first ever blind date tonight, with a guy i met at the gym. Any tips or advice?
lol....antwan...
Give him clear signals, either way.
Try to have fun and be yourself, share interests.
Don't get drunk.I'm going on my first ever blind date tonight, with a guy i met at the gym. Any tips or advice?
Well do not ask anything about past relationships, that is a no no...
Don't sleep with him on that date, you use the second and third date to ask him what relationships he's had, if he has kids, ect.
Have fun and make sure to engage him and ask him a lot about himself. He will turn it to you a lot and you guys can get immersed in a conversation. Ask him if he likes history or what is his favorite sports team (research about sports or you will look like an idiot) and compare your interests, find things you have in common but don't point it out to him, just make a note in your head.
Keep a friend near by like across the street! um...also ... get good detals ask about any relationships , kids%26lt; important Qs
Right when you see him, introduce yourself. Then jokingly ask him what the capital of china is, As soon as he looks at you funny, slap him right in the Nuts as hard as you can and yelll bangcok This should break the ice and have both of you laughing, after he gets up off the ground

Guys me and a friend have recieved a chance of a life time! We know a guy who is a pro wrestler who is willing to train us. I have been in the ring afew times and its alot harder than what people think not much give. He has told us that if we are really serious about this that he can train us and possibly once (if we stick with it) wrestle for a local show he wrestles for say in a year. Wrestling is something i am passionate about and hopefully one day i''ll be able to work a match. I know i have the desire to wrestle but i don't know if im mentally strong enough will we should soon find out.Tips and advice?
Oh my lord !!! dude,u're an idiot if u don't grab hold of this once in a lifetime opportunity! Go for it,live your boyhood dream!
My advice to u is,it ain't easy, but be serious when ur teacher's teaching u,like what Hornswoggle said, learn the ropes etc.
Never never give up.When there' a time u feel like quitting, fight ur way back!
Have the hunger,work/train hard,dedication,determination,have a heart of a champion!!!
Don't let emotions run wild on u.Learn to control your emotions.Once u're on the road, most likely u won't spend much time with your family %26amp; frens.
Hell, the list goes on %26amp; on,but dude u know what?i would be proud to have a fren like u! a guy who wrestles,%26amp; might be the next ';Mr Perfect';! Enjoy what u do most importantly!!!
haha go for it dude!good luck %26amp; be successful! We at the wrestling section would give u all of our support!!!

Dont let this chance pass you by. If you try it and you find out that you dont like it, atleast you tried and you know what it is like. If you dont do it you will always regret it.
Congrats and good luck if you make the big time dont forget all of us little people lol
first of all let me say (advice i gave my son when he joined the army) make sure this is what you really want.....hey and if it is go for it....just remember it will be long and grueling but if you have the heart for it you can do it....then just set your mind to it and keep saying i am in charge and i am going to do this......since you have the passion you should have no problems....so i say go for it....like others have maybe once in a lifetime chance....good luck and remember all of us
This opportunity doesnt come to everyone. You might want to force yourself to to be mentaly strong enough. If it helps, watch an episode of Jerry Springer to see that life could always be worse. Hell, it helps me! Either way, good luck. You are a sharp one and I have no doubts you will do really well. Give em hell!!!
Go for it.
If that's what you think you want to do with your life, put all of your energy into it and hold nothing back.

No real advice i can give you other than training is nothing like what you see on TV.
Dont try and be like them, learn the ropes and understand what makes a good wrestler.
You'll be fine, just give it 110%. But most of all enjoy

Taking a trip to Toronto, Canada in a couple weeks- any advice/tips/comments?
My two friends and I will be driving from Chicago, IL, to Toronto, ON, Canada on March 24th and I was wondering if anyone had any good advice or tips. Or is there just something I should know? Somewhere I shouldn't go? Somewhere I should go? stuff like that , you all know what I mean. Really, anything will be good advice. Oh and for the record we will only be there for like 3 days and the sucky part is its mon, tues, weds, so just keep that in mind. thanks!Taking a trip to Toronto, Canada in a couple weeks- any advice/tips/comments?
oooh, cool, that's where i live! if you want a good mall, try square one or sherway gardens. they have everything! there's a really good restaurant called paisano's on sheppard ave and willowdale ave. don't know a ton on downtown, but those are the places i go sometimes. i've just turned into a teen so i don't know a whole lot :PTaking a trip to Toronto, Canada in a couple weeks- any advice/tips/comments?

A couple of things to try in Toronto if you are so inclined: CN Tower, ROM (museum), Second City - if you choose this Gretzky's is a great restaurant right beside it. I highly recommend Second City - I have been there many times and starting with Gretzky's and ending with comedy makes for a great night in my mind.
Toronto has it's unsafe areas, but if you are downtown and are cautious/smart, you should be OK. I hope you enjoy your trip.
The C.N. Tower! Maybe you want to see a concert at the Air Canada Centre, I don't know whats going on there, but there's probably something cool. You could see a play, at the Royal Alexandra Theatre, and eat maple syrup too.
Yummy. :d

I am looking to shed some serious weight. I need some advice/tips. Please?
I've always been overweight, I am 19 now, I will turn 20 this fall, and I want to change for good. I've tried everything.....Weight Watchers, Nutri-System, etc. And I do lose weight....but it does not stay off, and that's not realistic, to stay on those diets for the rest of my life. I am probably at my highest weight right now, almost 240. I hate it. That's not right, especially for somebody who is only 19 and 5'4-5'5. I know I will never be teeny, and that is fine. I've always had a big bust, I even had breast reduction surgery when I was 16. It helped alot, but I know if I lost weight it would help even more. I am not a lazy person, I love to work out, and I have been a dancer my entire life. I am going to school right now to become a nurse, this summer I will be working as a CNA (nurse assistant) and I want to start getting in good shape because I know it will help me perform better for my job. Just this past year I've been dealing with so much stress and I have definitely packed on the pounds. I want to change my everyday habits, I'm a college student, so it's hard to keep a healthy diet, and I always hit the drive through late at night after night class. Tomorrow I am going to start working out again, very good. But I just need help with what foods I need to stay away from if I want to lose atleast 80 lbs. by December or sooner. I am also planning on moving to Arizona later this year (September/October), so I want to change, a fresh start, a new place. Any good tips or advice if I want to lose some SERIOUS WEIGHT by the end of this year, and keep it off? Thank you so much!I am looking to shed some serious weight. I need some advice/tips. Please?
There are many forms of metabolism going on in your body right now, but the one everyone is talking about it the metabolism of fat. This is actually something that the liver does when it converts stored fat to energy. The liver has other functions, but this is one of its main jobs.
Unfortunately, another of the liver's duties is to pick up the slack for the kidneys, which need plenty of water to work properly. If the kidneys are water-deprived, the liver has to do their work along with its own, lowering its total productivity. It then can't metabolize fat as quickly or efficiently as it could when the kidneys were pulling their own weight. If you allow this to happen, not only are you being unfair to your liver, but you're also setting yourself up to store fat.
so, drink 6-8 8oz.glasses of water a day,
The most recent scientific study, published in the journal Obesity Research, found that drinking at least 3 eight-ounce glasses of fat free milk in a day helped people lose more weight than those dieters who drank little or no milk.
Most importantly, milk drinkers' fat loss, especially around their tummies, was significantly greater. They also maintained more muscle. so, drink your milk and water and eat a lot of fruit and veggies and baked meats and boiled meats like chicken and turkey ,i like to make extra so i can snack on cold chicken later don't use bbq sauce it has sugar ,use garlic powder or lemon pepper season .eat tuna in water not oil,no mayo, mix it in green beans, all beans are high in protine low in fat, like pinto beans mix them with crushed tomatoes,do not eat fried foods,do not drink soda, do not eat junk food or chips,do not eat before bed, just eat well and do not eat small amounts or your body will go into starvation mode, just choose good foods, i hope i helped,
There are many forms of metabolism going on in your body right now, but the one everyone is talking about it the metabolism of fat.

I need Advice and tips?
i need advice and tips because i dont have any GF and i never kiss a girl because im too shy....hehe!I need Advice and tips?
im shy too. how old r u? im single too
DO YOU HAVE EMAIL?
oh and by the way. just be the girl's friend. she'll like you for that
you can also compliment a girl (like on her hair or her outfit) then walk away. they'll come after you because they are used to guys hitting on them and they dont like that
you can rent a car. if you live in utah, there are some rental places that rent cars a dollar a day for a car.I need Advice and tips?
Get to know different girls by being their friend first and NOT going into it thinking ';I wanna kiss you'; if you do that you will totally mess it up for yourself. Take your time and be yourself. You are gonna have to come out of that shy turtle shell too if you want to meet some girls. Again be no one but yourself and take your time.
Post the question under the dating and relationships section and you will get lots of tips.

Tattoo art advice and tips?
Hi! I'm 14 years old and i'm thinking of becoming a tattoo artist when i'm older. i am a good artist but it can be a lot better. Do you have to have a raw tallent to become a tattoer or can i join art classes and become good at it? and i also would like to know how can you make a career out of it if any of you been in my position! I just want some advice and tips but please no stupid answers
Thanks!Tattoo art advice and tips?
I wanted to be a tattoo artist but persued something else. You kinda need the raw talent BUT raw talent originated from art classes. Take some classes and see if you still want to do it when your older. You have plenty of time!Tattoo art advice and tips?
Tattoo's are disgusting, don't ever become a Tatto artist!
please answer my Question- http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index;…
wasnt there a show on cable about tatto artists?
google it.
i think thats cool. keep drawing, take a class or too, find your inner creativity
better if you get a tattoo when you are pale white
My two cents worth, after being in this industry for over 16 years I can definitely tell you ';raw talent” is in the eye of the beholder you can be good but what is good? Is Picasso good? And there will always be someone better as our own work will never be good enough for ourselves. What is in the minds eye? You may see a blue shirt while someone else sees a blue shirt with highlights, mid tones, lowlights.
Taking in consideration contrast and reflection against the background or any other elements it the scene. I know plenty of people who can’t draw but yet they tattoo? Can you trace? How good do you want to be? if you have a basic knowledge of light source and shading this will put you a step closer, repetition (drawing the same thing over and over) , attention to detail, and the drive to get better as an artist will defiantly help, weather you are a tattoo artist or a painter you have to love the art!
As far as the uneducated close minded insecure hypocrites! Who say tattoos are disgusting. It pains me to think someone gave birth to this person and maybe even on purpose? To think of how stupid it sounds that Art is disgusting?? For most tattoo artist, the only thing that separates a tattoo from the painting is the canvas..... Someone is too ignorant to say anything intelligent so they say “Tattoos are disgusting'; what makes them disgusting? Is it the ink? Needles?? The person doing it?? What? How is that helpful advice??
My advice is to keep doing what you’re doing, honing your skills .the biggest question as an artist is ';Why?'; (Why did the artist doing this painting put that color there? what did it do for the painting?)
Stuff like that will help you improve dramatically and ATTENTION TO DETAIL!! a must! Hope this helps and good luck with your venture!

I need advice, flirting tips?
alright i have some issues like i can flirt so good with some girls but with others i feel like intimidated by them? tips, suggestions?
thanks in advanceI need advice, flirting tips?
Intimidation is a self induced behavior. So if you want to be able to flirt naturally you麓ll have to deal with the ';intimidation factor';. Something inside your head tells you she is above you somehow ( and I dont mean a euphemism here).
Just stay calm, slow down, breathe slowly, moove slowly, think what you're saying to her, observe her response, and look at her straight in the eyes while you do that, watch her body languague, focus you attention on her and soon you'll see you're the one intimidating her. Also, try not to worry too much, stress will cause you to be nervous.
Dont imply that your whole attention is focused on her, au contraire. Ignore her a little, and after a while focus your attention again. Then ignore her again. This cycle normally gets them nuts.I need advice, flirting tips?
In my opinion, if a guy focuses on trying to be funny or witting, it makes him more nervous, which can be a turnoff or endearing depending on the girl. Just be yourself dude, and ask the girl out for coffee. She'll take the hint that you dig here, and just find out about her. She'll also dig that you're attentive, and will thing better of you for it. Instead of her thinking you're a lameo for trying out your weak game on her. Good luck, bro!
How girls can tell whether you are flirting with them:
Using their eyes (that smokey look) if they are staring at someone they find attractive.
Being very polite and giving you that ';extra attention.';
Some, are extremely confident and come right out and ask you to dance or ask you out on a date.
Making an effort to find out more about you.
hope i helped :)
not a very good answer, but alcohol will loosen you up a lot. i never talked to chicks, but one time at a party i drank and later the next day i found out i had a girlfriend who was pretty attractive. only drink when of age.
i think if u really like them u wont need help on how to flirt it will come naturally. dont worry there is someone 4 you. :) good luck.
winking, looking is good
be yourself, get to know them, if you do that, you'll know
heres a tip bring a chainsaw and chase after them
dont be a crotch blocker
just ask them out *****

Green is certainly his signature color, but the footwear and hemline are pretty outdated. Also, he could maybe grow his hair out, just a bit. His complexion is great, must eat well. So just a few minor updates, and give him my number, please!Need some beauty tips or advice?

It ain't easy being green....
Shave the fro....bro
No thanks, I'm good. :)
I would suggest that he use some lighter tones, you know, to even out his green hue. Then, change to a different set of leaves maybe more of the autumn color schematic with the rusts and yellows, hmmmm?
After that, I think he would be date worthy.
Sandy :O)
he should wear spring colors.

I think your perfect, Just lay off the greens for a while !!!

Trim the leaves off the bottom of your shift %26amp; show the people what you are working with.
Ya ...know ... truth in advertising ....Giant ... or ...not.
He needs a little more color variety in his life doesn't he?!LOL;)
He might soak himself in red paint the next time.
Jolly good great giant advice!!

Job interview soon! - Tips, and advice?...?
(Just for the record I am 16) I'm really nervous because my part time job interview is coming up and I'm just wondering if anyone knows any way I could prepare for the questions as I've never done this before? Also, could you share the sort of the questions you were asked?Job interview soon! - Tips, and advice?...?
I heard this advice a few days ago. Clean up your myspace and facebook accounts. If they look you up, you better make a good impression.
Walk into the room, stick out your hand, look them in the eye and give them your name. They will probably ask you three questions: Tell me about yourself; what is your experience; and when are you available to work. Lastly, they'll ask you why you want the job.
Best wishes!
TX MomJob interview soon! - Tips, and advice?...?
Don't say you're nervous - they'll know. Don't bring anybody with you, even to wait in the lobby. You'd be amazed how many people bring a friend to interviews. Dress modestly.
Common questions: Why do you want to work here? What is your biggest flaw or weak spot? What can you bring to our team? Where do you see yourself in the next five years?
If they hire teenagers, they won't mind if you don't have experience. They just expect you to show up on time every day, work hard, follow the dress code, and not cause any drama with other people who work there. Tell the interviewer they won't regret taking a chance on you because you're there to work hard and make a good impression.
Good luck!
make sure your first impression is good and make sure you are on time.. first impression is what they remember(:
Dress nice be polite.

I need some tips and advice :)?

Read the book: Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler. The book explains your cycle, charting and how to get pregnant. It is a great book and a must read! Check out the website: http://www.fertilityfriend.com/ Buy a basal thermometer at the drug store. Start charting your waking temperature so that you can get an accurate picture of what is happening in your cycles. This information can aid you in having sex at the correct time.
The only day you get can pregnant is when you ovulate. The day you ovulate, your body releases the egg. The egg lives a maxium of 24 hours. However, sperm can live up to five days in fertile cervical mucus but most live three days. Your fertile phase are the 3-4 days prior to ovulation and the day of ovulation. In order to maximize your chances of getting pregnant, you would have sex every 24 hours during this time. Unless you think your partner has low sperm count, then you would have sex every other day during your fertile phase.
In order to know when you ovulate and when you are in your fertile phase, chart your waking temperature and observe your cervical mucus.
In order to get pregnant you need fertile cervical fluid/mucus. The cervical mucus consistency varies through a woman's cycle. The consistency of your cervical mucus changes during the cycle due to hormonal fluctuations. You are considered most fertile when the mucus becomes clear, slippery, and stretchy. Many women compare mucus at this stage to raw egg whites. The amount of this thin mucus will steadily increase until you experience your 'mucus peak'. This is the last day of this phase where the chance of conception is high. It is closely tied to ovulation. During this phase, the sperm's survival rate is higher. Here is some information of cervical mucus.
Stages of Cervical Fluid: Post Menses
Stage 1: Lasting 2 - 3 days CM is Sticky or Gummy
Stage 2: Lasting 2- 4 days: CM is Creamy, Milky, Lotion Like - Beginning of your fertile period
Stage 3: Lasting 1-5 days: Egg white Cervical Fluid - At this time you are very fertile.
Stage 4: Dry, Moist or Sticky (Infertile)

Some other tips:
-When having baby sex, do not use lube (KY Jelly, astroglide, etc) it renders sperm immobile. If you want to use lube, use preseed. Preseed promotes a sperm friendly atmosphere. http://www.preseed.com/
-Do not douche or use scented tampons. They alter the acidity of the vagina.
-Do not have oral sex when you are having baby sex. Saliva can kill sperm.
-Have sex in the missionary position. This allows for the deepest penetration and will deposit the sperm closest to the cervix.
-After sex, stay laying down with your pelvis slightly elevated/tilted for 15 minutes.
Start taking prenatal vitamins and 1000mg of folic acid every day. This helps reduce the risk of birth defects and promotes a healthy baby and pregnancy. It is best to start at least 3 months prior to conceiving.I need some tips and advice :)?
i would say find out the days that u ovulate on and i was told to do it 3 days before and /or everyother day untill after ovullation is complete i did mines 3 days before the day before and the day of and i wikll find out tommorrow so i guess i will let u know if i have conceived... use one of those ovulation calenders on baby.com
My husband and I are also trying to conceive. It so far has been a hard process. What gets me through each month is that i have him by my side. One important thing to remember when going though all of this is that trying to conceive cannot be the only thing on your mind. go out and see movies , hang out with friends and live your life the way you would before you began trying to conceive
When my husband and I were ttc I read an article that said count 14 days from the last day of your period then go back two and have sex, go back two more and have sex, do the same thing forward as well.....you can also try the basil temprature method. take your temp. every morning as soon as you get up before you do anything, when you notice a slight spike in your temp. that usually indicates ovulation......
Check out fertilityfriend.com, you'll find a TON of information on there. Good luck!

Good luck!

ok, please don't be like to MILLIONS of other girls who wear BLACK eyeliner with BLACK mascara and BLACK eyeshadow just to look older. cause it doesn't make you look older. you look like a raccoon.
so pale skin, so do i
for your skin, use concealer for under your eyes, lighter than your normal skin tone
then use foundation for zits, not all over. only people 30+ should use all over foundation
then, use a loose powder foundation and brush ALL OVER YOU FACE. it make you face smooth and have great complexion.
and don't forget blush on you apples.
green eyes? yea, don't use black. use some blackish/brown mascara. and skin the liner, unless brown liquid JUST on the top for like church or special events
use natural color eyeshadow. cream type eyeshadow is best.
lips, i love gloss. i have tons of gloss. red, pink, clear, any kind.
hope this helps! DONT BE A RACCOON! be fabulous!

Switch to a soft brown eyeliner and mascara. You'll notice an immediate improvement. As for eyeshadows, I'm quite pale myself, so I stick to neutrals, pearly whites and pinks, and the occasional soft green grey.
Just play around and see what you like the best. That's part of the fun of makeup.
Honestly, you need to experiment. Remember: less is more. I suggest you use a reddish brown mascara and a LIGHT brown or blonde eyeliner. As for shadow....don't use it. It usually looks cheap anyway.
For the lips:If you want your lips to be shiny, you should try CoverGirl Wetslicks Crystals in any color you require.Or try Outlast Smoothwear if you want your lipstick to stay on for 16 hours. hours. For the face:Maybelene Dream Matte Mousse Powder Foundation to make your cheeks have color and make it look sexy. For the eyes:have multi-colored shades as your eyeshadows. And just try to find a good mascara. That completes a sexy look for you.

Try a light peachy/pink color eye shadow with blue eyeliner, on top only and blue or brown mascara. Keep it light and natural as your light coloring will make anything else seem trashy. Good Luck!
makeup isnt hard to put on, if you look like a clown when your done, you need to seriously get yourself to a MAC makeup artist at nordstroms or bloomingdales.
With pale skin, it is best to leave well alone, I'm sure you have beautiful olive or ivory skin, don't worry about bronzer or tanning. As far as eye shadows, with green eyes, the rule of thumb is to pick colors which best contrast to your color eyes. Use purple and green tones. Almay makes eye shadows, liner, and even mascaras to compliment the various eye colors, their line of products is called: Almay Intense i-color, get the products which compliment green eyes. Almay is a great, affordable makeup. Also, another hint in choosing colors is to look deep into your eyes and find the other hues of color in your eyes and pick those same colors...with green eyes the hues are usually browns yellows..etc, then chose eye shadows which match the other colors in your eyes. As far as putting the make up on, that's a long answer, many eye shadows show a diagram for which to follow when putting it on, basically, put the light colors at the brow bone, medium shades from your eye lash line to the crease in your eye lid, and then darker colors on your crease and shade into the corners of your eyes. It's alot of hit and miss and finding what works for you! Just get some make up and play around a bit, also, ask your friends or the girls in your family to help, believe me, girls love make overs! I'm sure if you search around on the Internet you can find a bunch of make up tips, also, in various magazines, Cosmo, teen, y'know, girlie magazines! Good Luck!
I know what you mean, I'm in the same boat. I'm really pale, and I don't use foundation if i don't have to, just concealor under my eyes and pressed powder. I have hazel eyes and blonde hair, and I never use black eyeliner, always a brown color. I use eyeliner only on the bottom, and the inside corner. I just feel like it makes my eyes ';pop'; a little. I try to stick with pinks and browns, nothing too dark though, its usually almost unnoticable. I hope this helps a little. If not, you could always try to contact me.
For mascara, I'd say go ahead and try brown if you have light to medium colored hair. The biggest problem I notice with mascara is clumping (as in the lashes sticking together or blotches of mascara becoming attached to your lashes).
My solution to that is to invest in an eyelash (and eyebrow) comb and use it to combat clumping for what will hopefully be feather-like lashes. Also, look for a mascara that promises to clear clumps off the brush before you use it.
For eyeliner, I hear that only applying it to your top lash is 'the rule'; for darker or more irregular colors I'd agree with for at least day time. However, my favorite eyeliner is a short of iridescent white made by NYC that brightens up my eyes (they're blue surrounded by very pale skin).
For eye shadows, I'd guess you could try a very light gold for day (I'm going off of my sister having a sort of gold in the middle of her green eyes) and experiment with brighter colors for night. Look for the eyeshadow kits in stores made just for one eye color.
Overall, I'd say the natural/neutral/glowing look isn't going away anytime soon, so you could go off of that. Pick either your eyes or your lips to show off and only make that ONE eye-catching/bold and the other neutral (for example don't pair bold eyelash or mascara commercial eyes with shiny bright lipstick). For fair skin, try looking for lipstick or gloss that's peachy or with a brown-ness hidden in with the pink.

Hamster help, tips and advice please?
My boyfriend gave me a hamster a few months ago...I've named her Zero. She had a litter of five (5), and then a litter of nine(9) [inbreeds...it was an accident]. I've gotten rid of all of her kits, escept for one female [Juliet]. Juliet is only 2 months old. Zero used to be calm and friendly now she is more ';sleepy'; and less friendly...she runs on her wheel alot less too. =/ Juliet is a spazitron [%26gt;.%26lt;] she runs on the wheel runs from me when I try to pick her up...Zero used to climb up into my hand and I want that back from her..and I want it form juliet too. They live in a good size aquarium with fine pine shavings, a wheel, a barrel, a food dish that gets refilled twice a day, and water that is changed every two days. They are comfortable and clean. [I clean the cage every week and a half to two weeks] I want calm hamsters and I especailly need tips to train Juliet while she is still a baby. Any and all advice is appreiciated. (:
Also,
they have toy tunnels and running balls.Hamster help, tips and advice please?
Maybe all the stress of the litters just...stressed her. What age did she have her first litter? although they can be sexually mature in a month (28 days aka 4 weeks) they shouldn't become pregnant at that age.

also , if your hamsters are syrians maybe she is just territroial, and feels threatened by your hand because she knows there is another hamster in their, too.
Also, next time you clean out their cage you should probably switch to aspen or other good shaving, anything but pine or cedar, or that fluffy wool stuff. heres a great site for info on hamster bedding:

Your hamster should also have a littleplace to hide in their cage. Like a little hamster mini house.
good luck!

tip: pin bedding isnt good for hamsters
maybe zero doesn't like being with the other hamster. Usually hamsters [related or not] don't like being with other hamsters. They sell them like that but they sell fast and they're just babies. Baby hamsters are fine with others but after a while, as they get older, they like to be on their own. Like pet places say, Gerbils love to be in groups but hamsters are PERFERD to be alone.

Make-up tips, hair advice, etc.? please answer! i will choose best?
so earlier my mom told my older sister that she has a gorgeous face! then i said ';what about me, mom?'; i said it sarcastically, not expecting to get a serious answer. then my mom said ';you're pretty too, but you would look better if your face wasnt so thin.'; now i'm feeling a little self-concious. i need some beauty tips!
ok, my hair is light brown and straight but it curls a little bit at the tips, so its kinda wavy i guess.... its shoulder length with layers and bangs.
i have light skin (not white, but a light tan) and i have hazel eyes. my cheeks are a little rosy. i usually wear mascara, pinkish eyeshadow, and lipgloss. what other makeup would look good? but please keep in mind that i cant wear foundation becuase according to my mother i'm ';not old enough for such make up';.
please give hair advice, make up advice, anything like that. thanksMake-up tips, hair advice, etc.? please answer! i will choose best?
Aw sweety, I'm sorry your mom said that! Parent's should never compare their children. I'm sure you are beautiful!
First of all, hazel eyes are amazing! My boyfriend has them and I LOVE them! They are like every eye color in one, it's so cool. Anyway, Almay makeup line makes eyeshadow combinations for each eye color, including hazel ;-)
Try that out and see if it makes your eyes pop! Also, CoverGirl makes an eyeliner with a smudge tip on one end so that you can smudge the liner to create a softer, smokier effect. I have it and love it! You can curl your lashes and apply black mascara. One of my favorite mascaras is Maybelline Define-a-Lash... it's in the bright green tube. If your cheeks are rosy you don't need blush - you're like me, I have rosy cheeks too! I guess we're lucky since we save money on blush, right? Haha. You can stick to a sheer gloss since you would be playing up your eyes with the makeup tips I suggested. I really like CoverGirl Wetslicks Fruit Spritzers... they have all kinds of flavors (scents) and it's not sticky at all! I have guava splash and it smells amazing!
Now, for your hair. It depends on the look you are going for. If you want it straight, there is this amazing product from Dove called ';Straight and Soft'; (I believe) and you apply it to damp hair. It helps with straightening your hair and it really does leave it quite soft! You can even put it on your roots and it won't leave your hair looking greasy!
If you want a wavy/curly style, right after you shower get the excess water out of your hair and towel dry just a little bit. I find that leaving my hair more wet helps with making it curlier... for some reason. Then, as your hair is damp/wet, scrunch it with your hands. Then, apply curl boosting mousse. I use the one by Herbal Essences in the purple container. Then, blow-dry your hair with a diffuser and finish it on the cool setting to seal your ends - it helps keep your hair less damaged.
Once your hair is either straight or wavy/curly, you can style it how you please. You can leave it down, put it up, put it half up, or even pin back your bangs (with a slight pouf) if you have bangs. If you don't have bangs and like the idea of them, you can go to your salon and ask them to create side-swept bangs for you which is usually not very expensive and it's in style right now! I have them and love them, especially since I have a larger forehead!
Well, I hope I helped! Good luck with your beauty routine and don't believe anybody when they tell you you aren't beautiful!Make-up tips, hair advice, etc.? please answer! i will choose best?
wow. i feel so bad for u. u must be pretty, but ur mom is just mean. so dont worry. i would honestly need a pic to desribe ur makeup. but i dont suggest putting ur pic up, cuz its stupid. go to any make-up stylist like in a mall or at a spa %26amp; ask for advice. wear everything how you like it. i am sure u look great! make ur personality shine through. also tho, try some black eyeliner, but not too much. Good Luck
just look natural you should mostly fix your hair so you face looks better don't straighten it or it will look worse go for wavy or curly hair and keep it down i don't think you can fix your face with make up. just dont work about it hopefully after a while things would be alot better
Try getting some light highlights with sidebangs, if your mom will let you. Wear light lip gloss, a light pink, peach or lavender. No lipstick, or maybe a light pink now and then. But not on a daily basis. Light blush and a little bit of goldish, bronzish or a light purple eyeshadow will help. Powder, maybe? A change in your wardrobe might help, too. Sorry, I don't know any ways to make your face any less thin. Hope I helped!
As a parent i think it's a little unfair for a parent to play sides, you have to be careful with out calling judgement, it's not fair to say ';you would look better if you didn't have this or that';
you are her child, beautiful, it's not what anyone says including a parent says you have to love who you are becuase if youre not you will feed into such comments. be happy with you, love you accept you for who you are and embrace all your flaws as this is what makes you unique!
wear some big cute curls!! use a eyelash curler to make your eyes look better. wear some lip gloss that shows up alot so your lips look good lol!! wear more eyeshadow i guess. wear some eyeliner.

just look natural you should mostly fix your hair so you face looks better don't straighten it or it will look worse go for wavy or curly hair and keep it down i don't think you can fix your face with make up. just dont work about it hopefully after a while things would be alot better
As a parent i think it's a little unfair for a parent to play sides, you have to be careful with out calling judgement, it's not fair to say ';you would look better if you didn't have this or that';
you are her child, beautiful, it's not what anyone says including a parent says you have to love who you are becuase if youre not you will feed into such comments. be happy with you, love you accept you for who you are and embrace all your flaws as this is what makes you unique!
wear some big cute curls!! use a eyelash curler to make your eyes look better. wear some lip gloss that shows up alot so your lips look good lol!! wear more eyeshadow i guess. wear some eyeliner.
Breast reduction: tips, ideas, advice, etc.?
I am 17 years old and I am 5'1 with 34 DDD breasts. I have had overly large breasts since I was in the 6th grade, and as you can imagine, I have been ridiculed ever since.
However, the emotional aspect isn't so much a problem anymore. It is the physical problems, back pain, shoulder and neck ache, rashes...... So I have been going through the motions to get breast surgery. I have a few questions though:
How far down can I go? Can I be reduced to a full B or a conservative C from my large size?
I am about 140 lbs, so average for my height and age ( though still not exactly healthy) Should I be losing weight? Would that effect the outcome?
I have had problems with my insurance. Does anyone have ideas of surefire ways to get this surgery covered?
Anything else would be greately appreciated!!!Breast reduction: tips, ideas, advice, etc.?
APPEAL with the insurance company. Don't stop until they give in. If you have back pain or other health issues, make sure your doctors also send in letters to the insurance company.
And since you are a healthy weight, do not lose weight to lose in your breast, as that may not do anything since breasts are not just fat, but dense breast tissue that will not go away with weight loss.Breast reduction: tips, ideas, advice, etc.?
You need to have your doctor document your health problems. Once your doctor documents these problems and establishes that the these afflictions (chronic back pain, inability to sit in class or complete normal tasks, recurrent shoulder pain, etc) are affecting your quality of life then he/she might be able to convince the insurance company that it is medically necessary.
Before having this procedure research the pros/cons of of the procedure and then talk with a doctor that specializes in breast reduction. There are potential complications that you need to be aware of.
Good luck.
I'm in the same boat as you !
I haven't gotten surgery yet, but I know a little so maybe it'll help.
From my knowledge, you can get reduced as much as you want. (C is average for the record).
If you lose weight, you're breast size will decrease slightly (breasts are mostly fat).
I don't know about insurance,
But just a little tidbit of information, I tried to get one at 16, and my doctor said it's best to wait until you're at least 18, because you're still growing.
Hope that helps.

I need tips and advice.(about a psycho yorkie)?
I'm taking care of my nephew (yorkie) for two weeks.
until the 29nth.
he's a 6-7 month old yorkie, male.
and I have a low self esteem 4 year old mix.
the issue is that the yorkie is a extremely territorial pup(and spoiled rotten..he always gets his way!)
and my dog is well a go-with-the-flow kinda dog that lets anyone and anything (except cats) do what they want with him...so much for a guard dog,
well he keeps attacking my dog in a very agresive way, he won't let my dog anywhere near the living room,
and if he grabs something that does not belong to him he bites you hard, my brother gave me advice but he can't be here all the time to correct him and my mom told me that he is my responsibility til december 29 .
whjat do I do?I need tips and advice.(about a psycho yorkie)?
well i have a spoiled yorkie and let me tell you that if you want him to behave threaten him to go to timeout such as his kennel(box) or pick him up wearing thick gardening gloves and take him to a room and close the door. I treat mine like a real kid. Do what you would do to a spoiled kid.I need tips and advice.(about a psycho yorkie)?
Have you tried a squirt bottle? When he behaves aggressively, give him a good squirt with the water. Or if you have some type of loud noisemaker, you can also use that to distract him when he acts badly.
When you aren't home, I would either crate him or shut him in another room to keep him away from your dog.
He does sound like a spoiled rotten pup, as many toy breeds end up being. When he goes back home, it would be a great idea if he was enrolled in an obedience class.

Any helpful tips or advice on dealing with a lot of stress?
So what are some things that help you feel less stressed out? I'm a full time college student, working part time, and in a serious relationship. I feel so overwhelmed by things and I just feel at a loss at the moment. I love my boyfriend to death and I just want to stop taking things out on him because I'm exhausted and stuff. I've tried so many things from massages, to shopping, to taking a day off work to give myself time, and tried exercising...yet all that didn't really help when it used to many, many times before. Thanks for your help.Any helpful tips or advice on dealing with a lot of stress?
Stress is something that is unfortunately unavoidable in a young person's life. You have so many things taking up your time and it does get hard to balance everything equally. My advice would be to try and reduce any unnecessary tasks that you really don't need to be doing. It could free up some time for you to rest. Also, talking to a therapist could put things into perspective for you if you feel really overwhelmed. Try talking to your boyfriend about things too, and let him know that you are dealing with a lot and you don't mean to be directing your anger at him :)Any helpful tips or advice on dealing with a lot of stress?
I've been there too! Eek. I know this sounds really really really stupid but here goes.
When I was diagnosed with depression and bi-polar disorder (and was already add, good lord) my doctor suggested a ';relaxation specialist.'; I know this sounds really dumb, but what he determined is that I multi-task all the time. All day every day, I'm doing multiple things at once.
I went, and it's not at all like a councilor. It was more like meditation. I can't meditate for anything, but this was very helpful. I had an hour long appointment every other week. She would turn on relaxing music, and I would basically lay in the dark listening to music.
I learned lots of things about breathing that can relax your body. I would do that there, just breath and lay still. I learned how to put things out of my mind, and focus on me for an hour.
It really really helped and I'd suggest it to anyone.
Therapy. It might sound a little off the wall but if you can afford it I suggest it. That way you can take everything out on the therapist and not your boyfriend.
get and take STRESSTABS with Iron and eat a healthy diet
you will see improvement in less than a month.

Any advice or tips?
make a wish first (like we do before blowing the birthday candles), like, hope it's not that bad and then follow some of the peoples' advice here.
Well, I got 4 of them out at the same time and after I woke up from anesthesia, I was in alot of pain but had to go to work at my new job later that night. The pain meds helped some, but mostly the ice packs helped the most. (Get a couple of them and alternate them in the freezer.) Just try to rest the next 2-3 days and don't eat right after surgery.
In addition to any good suggestions listed here, consider taking 3 Advil (or equivalent = 600 mg ibuprofen) one hour or so before your surgery. (Assuming that you are not allergic or otherwise unable to take ibuprofen...) This can really reduce the need for narcotic pain killers after the procedure.
Ask before you get them pulled if your doctor can presciribe a healthy liquid food diet (jello, pudding etc.). Also ask how long it will be before you can go back to your regular food that you eat and if the doctor can give you a strong dose of novicane or laughing gas because it will hurt alot after they're pulled. Also ask any questions you have before you get them pulled because afterwards you'll be pretty much out of it. When you go home, get lots of rest and keep your mouth numb with ice.
dont cry
just stay calm and do what he says and you will be fine good luck
Take the rest of the day off. no heavy excercise for a few days.
Take tylonol right after and rinse etc, as the dr. orders.
Then just take it easy , lay down,
Sometimes its not as bad as everyone says.
Ice cream gives you those cold teeth feeling... so stay away from that... watch movies and hang out...
If you can, have him use nitrous oxide. You could care less what he does with that gas working on ya. WOOO HOOOO.
Get lots of pills for after even if you dont need them all, wink wink
good luck well get the pain killer medicine like vikadin(spelling?) or umm valium GET THE GAS IT IS SO WORTH IT. and the shots will reallly help so you can't feel a thing and umm the numbing gel and then after words it WILL HURT A LOT but just try not to talk and eat like shakes TREAT YOURSELF that will fade in a day or 2 trust me my mom is an orthodontist and i have had them pulled too GOOD LUCK REALLY GOOD LUCK!:) I'll pray for you
Wow, been there-done that. I had my lower ones taken out and I had the hardest time. I could not eat and had to keep rinsing the ';holes'; out with warm water and a syringe with a curved tip. Nonetheless. I got the procedure done 9-10-01 and woke up the next day 9/11 and thought I had taken too many pain drugs. Anyway, take your pain meds BEFORE the pain gets worse and it should keep it under control. Good Luck.
So your after some sound Dental Post Operative Treatment advice huh?
Good thing for you I browsed upon this question cause I was a Dental-man in the U.S. Navy! (1978-1981).
I rotated through about everything there was including Oral Surgery!
My best advice to you is too listen to your Oral Surgeon and closely scrutinize the Post Operative instruction sheet you will be provided upon your release!
Here's why.
After a tooth has been removed the extraction site has to form a blood clot. The instruction sheet provided upon your release will inform you of the do's and dont's to help insure the stability of the blood clot.
If the blood clot becomes dislodged you will find yourself beck at the surgeons office suffering from excruciating pain!
This is known in the world of Dentistry as a Dry Socket.
If a Dry Socket occurs it has to be packed with a long thin gauze soaked in a premixed solution. I see no need to get into the specific mixture involved other that to say the smell you will experience is terrible.
Here's what you can expect to read on the Post Operative Instructions that are of the utmost importance.
1. Do not drink through a straw for a 24 hour period as the suction created can dislodge the blood clot. As we discussed earlier, a definite no no.
2. No carbonated beverages because the carbonation may dislodge the blood clot.
3. No beverages that contain caffeine as caffeine tends to disrupt the clotting process.
4. No smoking!
It's all about the clotting process if you haven't already figured that out.
Last but not least. Drum rolllllllllllllllllllllllllll pleaseeeeeeeeeee!
Be sure that all medications are taken as prescribed. Make sure your Surgeon knows if you have any allergies or sensitivities meaning are you allergic to any medications.
This is important cause the last thing any Dentist wants to do is to have revive a patience during a routine office visit!
I'm hanging my shingle right here in yahoo!
Booggie Swuave (Quack of Dental)
Do a little shade tree Dentistry's of a weekend in my garage!

Hope this was some what informative for you and humorous!
EVERY NOW AND AGAIN I CAN BUST A GOOD ONE!
I had three wisdom teeth taken out in 2002 (1 pulled, 2 cut out).
First, do not get put under for the procedure; this is in case the novocaine is not enough (they would then either give you more novocaine or a nerve block). I'm glad I didn't go under because I ended up with a nerve block on both sides.
The dentist will probably give you scrips for an antibiotic, a painkiller and an anti-inflammatory drug (I had amoxicillin, Vicodin and Decodrin). Take the pain pills and the anti-inflammatory at the same time - you will have to work out some kind of schedule for your meds to do this, but trust me about this.
If you have your teeth cut out, you will have stitches in your gums. It might be best if you sleep upright or at least almost upright in a chair (unless you can pull this off in your own bed). The stitches will pull and make it too uncomfortable to sleep. Actually, you might want to do this whether your teeth are cut out or not.
You will not be able to eat solid food for about a week, so eat instant mashed potatoes, soup, yogurt, pudding and Jello and drink plenty of liquids. You will have to eat food with your antibiotics as well.
Try not to talk for the first 24-48 hours after the procedure. This will be hard, but believe me, talking will create vibrations that will make the empty hole(s) hurt.
After that first week, gradually add more solid food to your diet until your diet is back to normal. Your gums will still be tender for a while.
It took me a week to recover from the procedure, but how long it takes you will depend on how fast you heal up from something like this. Don't be nervous and relax during your recovery (especially if you have someone taking care of you!).
Don't use a straw to drink stuff
Drugs--get the pain drugs.
Make sure you stock up on soft foods for tomorrow.
Don't eat anything hot or cold, as your nerves will be exposed and sensitive until your gums heal.
Pudding, applesauce, jello, mashed potatoes, milk, juice.. all of these things plus gatorade are your friends for the next 5 or 6 days or so.
Tea Bags can help soak up the blood, I know this sounds gross... but I've had 2 sets of oral surgeries.
Have frozen bags of peas in the freezer ready to apply to the sides of your face.
Sleep as much as you can the first 2 days while you heal.
Take the pain meds, but try to eat first, because they can cause nausea and vomiting which can hurt your teeth even worse.
Good luck to you

No styrup tips and advice??
i have already posted this question,,, but i obviously didnt make myself clear to sum people.( thanks for those who left helpful and kind comments much appriciated :))
i just wanted sum tips on how to sit deeply and not tense up.
to all those who said things along the lines of
''duh if u pannick with out styrups use your common sense and use sumj.
i wasnt asking for rudeness.
i can canter without them and ive been riding for years with a horse of my own.
i just wanted sum advise for a bouncy trot!!
kind people and helpfull answers very welcome thankyou :)
rude people please just dont even bother okay??No styrup tips and advice??
Many people have probs with a ';bouncey'; trot...It is tough to sit; particularly if you have a horse with a lot of drive from behind. Relax as much as you can and ';relax'; into the horse's movement. Close your eyes (if you're in an arena) and really try to ';feel'; the trot...let your lower spine (lumbar area) move with the horse....looks easier than it really is. I'd even suggest beginning at a slower jog trot and then begin to speed up as your able to follow the movement.
I cannot sit a bouncey trot as spinal problems keep me from it...very hard for me.
Anyway, practice and more practice....No styrup tips and advice??

Fake tanning? Tips and advice?
I'd like to try using fake tan.
Could you give me some tips? Is it better to exfoliate first? Should you shave your legs before applying fake tan or after? Which products are best to use? How to avoid it looking ';fake';?
Any tips at all would be appreciated. :)Fake tanning? Tips and advice?
get one with an instant bronzer so you can see where exactly your applying in and if its even. leave it on for 8 hours then you can shower. they usually last for about a week so i do mine weekly . exfoliating is soo important .. especially if you have tan on from the week before .. you need to make sure you scrub all of the old tan off otherwisee it goes patchy. and shave before you apply the tan as shaving after will dry your skin makingyour tan not last as long. moistureise daily as well . i prefer aerosol spray ones or if you cant get one mouse is good. :) im addicted to it.. it can look natural if you get a green based tan rather than an orange based tan. it mite take a few tries to find the right brand. good luck tanning.Fake tanning? Tips and advice?
Do not shave your legs for several hours before applying sunless tanners. Some folks can get away with it, but if your skin is on the sensitive side, avoid it.
Exfoliate while you shower or bathe with a soft cotton washcloth. Nylon or loofah scrubbers can cause a streaky effect.
If you are new to sunless tanning products, don't use sprays. They are difficult to apply evenly. What helps: spray the stuff onto your sponge paintbrush and apply it that way.
Wash your hands at least every five minutes while applying. Use a soapy nailbrush to scrub palms, fingers, and fingernails.
Your freckles and moles will darken along with the rest of your skin. In fact, some colorless moles may become significantly darker. This is a sad fact of sunless tanning.
Your belly button could darken too much. Rub it with a cotton swab dipped in lotion after you apply the sunless tanning lotion. If you notice it is too dark the next day, rub it with a cotton swab dipped in liquid eye make up remover.
After your sunless tan has developed [it will take at least three hours], hydrogen peroxide can be used to lighten dark spots on your palms if you make a mistake. Apply the hydrogen peroxide with a Q-Tip or cotton ball, and be sure to rinse the hydrogen peroxide off your skin afterwards. You have to be very careful because a drop anywhere else will leave a spot! If the ';mistake'; was a small one, you will be better off ignoring it. And note that it isn't foolproof 鈥?the hydrogen peroxide may have no effect whatsoever. concentrate on preventing orange palms, because there really isn't a cure [except time].
good luck! (:
Hia!
I've used fake tan before and i think it is great i use Johnson鈥檚 Holiday Skin Body Lotion you can find it in Boots at only 拢5.24! Here it is http://www.boots.com/webapp/wcs/stores/s鈥?/a>
Also i use Body Shop Body and Leg Shine at 拢11.50! Here it is http://www.thebodyshop.co.uk/bin/venda?e鈥?/a>
With the Johnson鈥檚 Holiday Skin - The night before i apply it i shave my legs first then exfoliate! Watch your knees when you apply it as if you put too much on your knees they will go darker than your legs. After youv'e had a shower make sure you dry well.
And
With the Body Shop Leg and Shine - You don't have too shave the night before you can do it before you apply it!
It is brill if you haven't got much time too get dress as it drys straight away. BUT it will be really dark when you put it on so i use a dry baby wipe and rub it on my legs after and i put it on because it lightens it up.
Hope this helps and Good Luck!

no one seems to be helping very well to be honest.
All they seem to be saying is don't do it.
All i can say...is you have to be careful what products you use.
The best i've ever used is the Johnson's daily moisturizer that gives you a gradual tan even after the first application.
Give it a go, but make sure you wash your hands after applying or it gives you really bad orange hands because you apply the moisturizer with your hands.
Any make sure you do it all over, you dont want streaks.
This even includes your face!
Hope it helps, :)
i love fake tan...i use a moisturising fake tan lotion, because its really easy to put on....if you shave your legs, they say wait until the day after to put on fake tan because your pores will be open and youll see it...but i always shave before i put on fake tan if im going out somewhere, but maybe if you have the option shave the day before...and yes exfoliating first is really good and will help it go on nice
Buy a decent one - I've started using Piz Buin mousse - it's about 拢12.00 - but you get about 4 full body applications so that's about 拢3.00 per go - not quite so bad really.
Buy a mitt from Boots to apply it.
Have a bath, shave and exfoliate - pay partucular attention to elbows, knees and heels,
Dry yourself - WELL!! get rid of any left ovr flaky skin.
then, use the mitt to apply - I always do most of my body myself and get my boyf to apply to my back and my right arm and hand.
Make sure you do in between toes, and fingers and do the edge of your hand - but not the palm. Also, make sure that you do your elbow whilst it's bent - or you get a white circle in the crease LOL.
Best tip of all - practice with a make up version that washes off - once you get the technique go for a long lasting developer one.
Good luck!
Exfoliate and shave first, but not right before as you could get irritation. Moisturise on dry areas like knees and elbows as it tends to grab on these bits. Actually it is very difficult to get one to look good and not too streaky but Johnsons Holiday skin is a good make as it builds up very gradually over a few days as you apply it so you shouldn't go too orangey!
u can try it but dont over do it .
it will look horrible. so be carefull.
good luck.
ur gonna look orange!
I would just get a tanning oil and lay in the sunshine dude!
don't do it.... it HORRIBLE for you... go sit in the sun
