Any basic tips when it comes to cornering? How often should I use countersteering turns, or how much should i commit to the turn, how much lean, how much slowing should i do? and how should i slow? clutch and breaks or just breaks then roll the throttle?
i know its all very basic, but when i think about it, i forget what to do, but when i ride i just follow my instinct and it seems to do me fine, but i'd like to know tips etc.. and know exactly how to do it correctly.Beginner Motorcyclist! Tips and advice?
You'd do better not to think about it too deeply. I've been riding for decades, and I never understood countersteering. I get around corners just fine, but the technical discussions just left me behind.
Then I figured it out. You're riding your bike and you're leaning forward, putting some of your weight on the handlebars. Suppose you want to turn to the right. You lean your body to the right, and in doing so you put a little more force on the right handlebar, and you turn right. Now you are -pushing- on the right handlebar! You are pushing the handlebars to the -left- but you are turning -right-! THAT's countersteering. I had been doing this all my life, I just never thought about it.
If you can ride a bicycle, you know all you need to know about steering a motorcycle. You don't turn, you lean. Trust the bike, -it- knows how to get around the corner! The steering geometry of the bike does it more or less automatically!
You want to slow down into corners and speed up out of them. That's also very simple. It will take you a while to get it smooth, to get the feel of it, so don't rush it. Don't slam on the brakes in the middle of a corner, make sure you slow down enough going in.
There's a kind of accident that almost everyone has when they're just starting out. It's called a 'spill' or a 'lowside'. You're bent over in a corner and one of your wheels hits some gravel or dead leaves or loose stuff. The bike loses traction and it just slides out from under you, depositing you relatively gently on the road. You're usually going 10-15 mph so you won't be hurt (but this is why we wear gloves and leather jackets.) After that happens, you learn to scan the surface ahead of you for loose stuff, especially in curves and corners, not to corner over railroad tracks, etc. etc. And it's why we don't recommend
learning to ride on a brand shiny new bike.
To me, cornering is what riding a motorcycle is all about. I love 'canyon carving', riding twisty mountain roads. With a little practice, clutching, shifting, braking, accelerating all become smooth and connected. That's what you're aiming for, to become one with the bike. It comes only with some practice and experience. It's not a matter of going just as fast as you can, it's more a skill thing than a speed thing.Beginner Motorcyclist! Tips and advice?
Think to yourself A refresher
#1 when slow, you try to countersteer its weight
#2 when fast, you lean like you're on a racebike
#3 Always look through your turn. In a MSF course, they make you turn your head all the way to the side (a good practice)
#4 Eye fixation: you will lead your bike to whichever way you are looking, whether you like it or not. Solution: Keep your head up (be proud)
#5 Again, look through the turn. ex: if you are heading 12'clock and you are making a turn up to 3'clock ( 1 or 2 or 3) keep your head turned to 3'clock always.
First off,
Instinct will serve you well here. Feel out your turn, and you should be going slowest when you reach the curve.
If you are in a turn, and you feel like you will tip over, a little throttle with fix it. Practice on the same turns regularly, to get a good feel for your bike's abilities. You should only need about half of your bike's ability for normal riding, but be sure to know how to use all of it before an emergency arises. If the bike weighs more than you do, your body cannot throw enough weight around to get it into the turns, so you will have to let the bike do the work. A bicycle is a different story, though you counter steer, it is much more natural, because of the lack of extra weight.
Enjoy, and hope to see you out there!
it depends entirely on the situation and how comftorable you are, and also what you prefer..
i prefer having the clutch down in case i need to make a smooth stop, but i also have a tendency to take corners fast and lean low.. lol i've only dropped my bike once, but like i said, it all depends on what you are comfortable with.
when you are going over like 15 miles an hour you would use counter steering. once you drive for a little you will get used to it and find out when you do and do not have to use it.
also do not do more that you think that you can handle always ride to about 60% or less of your ability do NOT push anything.
The best recommendation I can give it this.
Harley Davidson Riders Edge Riding Program.
Check with your local dealer for a beginners class near you.
Rode in the 70's %26amp; 80's %26amp; gave it up. Starting again now, just completed the class. Excellent training or retraining.
Just enjoy %26amp; be safe.
i would recommend a rider's safety class such as Rider's Edge. i took the beginner's as well as the advanced courses at my local Harley dealership. the beginner's course was 4 days..2 classroom and 2 on the ';course';. the advanced was 2 days on the course.
Turn your shoulders away from the direction of the turn. If you're turning left, turn your shoulders to face right. I'm not sure why but the bike turns more easily.
The questions you're asking tell me that you really ought to take a motorcycle safety course. They can be done in a weekend, cost less than three hundred dollars, and are invaluable with respect to gained wisdom and comfort. Don't short shrift you life, Ricke, because this one here is the only one you've got.
Counter-steering is used on all but the very slowest turns, such as you might make in a parking lot at two miles per hour; you have been using counter-steering for years on your pedal bicycle without realizing it because there is so little resistance to them. The only time you actually steer a motorcycle is in very technical turns. The rest of the time you look in the direction you want to go, and the bike will follow. This is important for beginners because it is otherwise easy to become fixated on a target, i.e., the thing you don't want to hit: If you're looking at it, you'll hit it.
Choosing your lines in a turn, which involves entry speed, apexing, and exit speed, come with practice. Get some miles under your belt, and then consider a track course during the summer. There are plenty of excellent programs out there run by professionals that will take you from the chalk board to the track five or six times a day, and what you learn is utterly unbelievable. This is best done sooner than later, as you will not have time to cultivate terrible habits.
As for slowing down, this is a really fundemental skill and should leave no questions in your mind. Use the brakes to scrub speed, because that is what they are for. Down-shifing used in combination with the brakes gives you more control with respect to exiting the turn, as you will have more power available to your rear wheel. But that, too, comes with practice.
Hey, take your time learning and practicing the basics. You've latched on to a great sport here, so make it last.

I need tips and advice, rather than ';GO TO A DOCTOR'; suggestions?
My nose ring is irritated because yesterday i decided that 1.3 months was enough to change the piecing...
since i took out the curved stud, i tried to put the other studs in that i bought - with a ball end...and it seemed like there wasn't enough room, so that meant my nose was kinda swollen a bit still...so i took it out, instead of leaving the balled one in....BAD IDEA. it hurt...the ball-end ones.. aack.
i tried to put the curved stud back in that i got it pierced with back in, but it SUPER HURT BAD, cause when i was poking it through, it started to curve before it got to the end of the hole, so i was poking it out at the wrong part? idkk. it was just not working.
and finally i got it in...
but it took a while, and it hurt, and im sure that i aggrivated it alot,
and its super red, and swollen now, and leaking some clearish to whitish gunk.
HELP....?!
(don't tell me to take it out or go see a doctor, i'm trying to figure out what to do in my scenario)I need tips and advice, rather than ';GO TO A DOCTOR'; suggestions?
Try washing it using antibacterial soap. I got a specific kind that my piercer recommended, but I think anything you have would probably help. Peroxide and alcohol will actually dry out the piercing too much and can irritate it more, so try not to use that anymore.
This site has info on how to clean it, what to do and what not to do.

Also there is a forum specifically for piercings (I haven't checked it out but it says go there for specific questions).

I don't think you need to go to the doctor yet, only if it keeps swelling or you get weird colored gunk coming out, then you should. For now just wash it and dry well and don't touch or disturb it if possible, it probably will be fine.I need tips and advice, rather than ';GO TO A DOCTOR'; suggestions?
its not a big deal
ive done it myself many times ( with nose , cartilage %26amp; second hole.) i allways change it after a couple weeks and its normal for it to have aa little white stuff. just make shure you keep turning it %26amp; cleaning it 3 times a day otherwise it will get worse
its probably infected
just keep on applying the cleaning solution and its gonna heal up
if not, ull have to take out the piercing and apply the solution
Look leave it in there and it is going to hurt for a while plus you took it out so you are going to have to count the days over. You could probably put some triple antibiotic ointment and some ice. I would not take it out for at least six months.
Unfortunately, it probably did not have time to heal. I think you may have irritated it so much that it got infected. The ';clearish to whitish junk'; you are referring to is pus. It is the body's reaction to infection. I know you hate to hear this, but the only thing you can do to clear that up is get an antibiotic.
If you are adament about NOT going, try dipping some cotton balls in alcohol. Yes, it will burn, but it will help clear the infection. If you can't use that, try hydrogen peroxide.
Good luck!
if its leaking gunk, then its probably infected, with any peircing except for tongue peircings you should alwwaaaaaaaays clean the stud with alchohol, and even the peircing. right now all you can do it maybe just clean it with alchohol, and take lots of bacteria fighting vitamins
Stop touching it and do sea salt soaks two-three times a day. Do not use alcohol or peroxide, as these both will dry out the piercing %26amp; irritate it even more. Don't twist it, don't use neosporin, just sea salt %26amp; warm water.
Ow, those nose bones (ball-end ones) suck.
You probably irritated it pretty good as you had to stretch it a bit to get that horrible nose bone out, and you switched jewelry too soon.
It doesn't sound infected, it sounds like it is just very very angry.
Treat it like a new piercing -- do sea salt soaks twice a day until it gets happy again.
No alcohol, peroxide, neosporin or bactine.. those will do more harm then good.
And don't change jewelry for another month or two .. you may want to go to a piercer for the next jewelry change, as they may be able to give you some pointers on changing it.
As long as the puss isn't green or yellow, you haven't developed an infection. But the area is obviously irritated. Keep your hands off it, and treat it like you were directed when you first got it pierced. Peroxide should prevent an infection, possibly a dab of neosporin to help aid healing. And be patient before changing the stud next time.

ACT help, tips, and advice!?
I just took the ACT for the frist time last month just to see how i would do before i took the ACT prep class. I will be a Junior in Highschool this coming year. I am signed up to take the ACT prep class but i really wanna get a move on preparing for the next test.
I scored a 21 which i know isn't horrible for the first time with no writing (guidence coucler told me not to take writing the first time)
I wanna improve my score and I could use tips on doing so.
I already know where i am in favor of going to college.
I know you can buy books for practice
what books do you recommend
websites?
anything?
thanks!ACT help, tips, and advice!?
the easiest and most efficient way to improve is to go to your local library and check out an ACT practice test book. Go through all of the practice tests and review the questions you missed. I went from a 29 composite to 32 by following this tipcosmetics products

Grilling Steak Tips and Advice?
I bought two 1'; thick Porterhouse bone in steaks for a party. Need some tips and I have a few questions:
1. How long to cook so its not red inside but not over cooked?
2. Seasoning/Marinade? I usually do only salt and pepper but I was watching a cooking show saying ground pepper burns and can make it taste bitter? Any truth to this?
3. Dipping sauce? I went to a party where steak strips were served as an appetizer with a white creamy sauce that I really liked.Grilling Steak Tips and Advice?
Cooking time really depends on your grill and how high you have the heat. For medium steaks that are roughly 1 inch thick, I set my grill on high, let it heat up for 10-15 minutes and then cook the steaks 4-6 min per side. I always start out with room temp steaks and never freeze them before hand, that really dries out the meat.
My favorite seasoning/marinade is the Hamburger/steak rub from Colorado Spice. You liberally coat room temp steaks with the seasoning and cook them like normal. Quite literally the best steak seasoning I have ever come across.
Not sure what steak sauce you came across, there are hundreds of recipes out there. You can google recipes for ';Green Goddess'; which is a good one or some white sauces can be horseradish based to. Good luck! This made me hungry just thinking about it!Grilling Steak Tips and Advice?
Glad it worked out for you and thanks for the vote!

Need some tips and advice for working out.?
Okay im a 16 year old male and pretty skinny. In 8th grade i was 5';11 and 110 (which was underweight) now im a Sophomore and am currently 165 lbs. I currently am 6';1 too. I have a small frame and overall am a long lean kid, people say I look like a track star all the time but i don't do track.
So I want to get Stronger not necessarily ripped but big mussels and some abbs to boot.(no not because everyone is doing it) The most ive ever benched is 100 lbs but i was pushing it.
NOTE: THESE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS ARE GOING TO BE LONG
So....What are some good exercises for me to get stronger and bigger biceps and triceps? How much should I bench to start off with 20 lbs? 40 lbs? how much resistent is bad? how many reps should I do?
For my Abbs how many crunches should I do a day?
Do i lift everyday or do i let my musscles get some rest?
is 3 times a week working out bad?
is 20 min workout good?
What Exercises are the best for me?(in home only,do have bench press and other things)
Is it true if i give up soda I can get faster abbs?
how many calories should I be eating? or is that more body bilderish?%26gt;
Maybe im just meant to be a skinny guy but im tired of being pushed around.Need some tips and advice for working out.?
Hi,
I also have been working on gaining weight and muscle for a while...
I talked to a personal trainer about 3 months ago and since that time I have increased in weight by 17 pounds and my bench press has increased by about 25 pounds.
my suggestions for you are:
1. First and foremost will be your diet!
the key for me was the diet...we spent literally half the time working on that only...
he told me (for my goals and height and weight) I needed to consume 2600 calories per day. we broke it into 5 meals...we went over common foods I ate and what I could eat...30% or less = fat, at least 30% = protein.
so first of all plan that out very very well...I have found that I need to take weight gain powder/ shakes every day to get the right amount of calories...so you should consider that as well!
2. As far as exercise I would advise you to work out 6 days per week...for between 30 min. to 1 hr....in the morning would be a good time...or you might find that you get too busy and distracted...the key is to rest your muscles properly though! so in those workouts you alternate body parts...I would suggest exercising each body part 2 times per week (or 3 if it is needing it)...
for ex. my schedule usually is:
Mon/Thur = Chest and Triceps
Tue/Fri = Legs and Biceps
Wed/ Sat = Abs/ Shoulders/ Back
Sun = off
that gives at least 2 days rest for each of them...if I want to emphasize 1 body part I do it on a Mon/Wed/Sat and then just do 1 day of one of the other body parts.
3. As far as the amount of weight you should do:
I would suggest that for each exercise you should
track 2 things...(be sure to write down the amounts on a paper and take with you to gym - or wherever...then you can make sure you are going forward and getting stronger!)
1. How much weight you can do 1 rep 1 set and
2. How much weight you can do 10 reps -3 sets(with less than 5min. rest between sets)
vary your workouts by doing one or the other of this:
1. pyramid up to your max and go for your max OR
2. do 3 sets of 10 reps of a weight...once you can do that then add 5 pounds and try next time to get 3 sets 10 reps with that (or just do as many reps as you can that time....)and mixing it up with the pyramiding...you will get stronger and eventually you will be able to do that weight also 3 sets 10reps...then add another 5 lbs...repeat...
(don't move up in weight though until you can do 10 reps 3 sets at that particular weight)
4. The types of exercises you should do:
my suggestions are:
Chest/ Triceps =
1.Bench press
2. Incline Dumbell press
3. Close hand dumbell press
4. Tricep Pullovers
(also work in sometimes: Pushups, close hand pushups, and other exercises)
Legs/ Biceps=
1. Squats
2. Leg Press Mach. (if at gym)
3. Leg Curl Machine (if at gym)
4. 2 Arm curls
5. *Close grip 2 arm curls (works a different part of the bicep)
(Biceps will generally just get bigger only if you gain more weight in your body overall once you have them built up)
6. Dumbell curls
Abs/Back/Shoulders =
1.Deadlift
2.Situps (or machine)
3. Crunches (or mach.)
4. Dumbell bent rows
5. Pullups
6. Dumbell shoulder press
5. yes get rid of soda
6. Since you don't have too much equipment at home I would suggest for you to join the gym...or your other option is to buy a home gym...I would suggest a full free weights set that allows tons of exercises...definitely a squat rack! and incline.
(I know it may cost a lot...but you can probably find used equipment cheaper if you search)
REALLY the proper Equipment is a REQUIREMENT...sorry...if it will be hard to obtain...Need some tips and advice for working out.?
Well for building up your biceps pushups and curls will do the best. For your chest butterflies work wonders and your abbs take a wile but do 4 sets a night and 25 each set.
pick up the weight and move it. Eat a ton of food.
If you want to gain strength the best thing to do is lift weights. Free weights in particular. The best way to lift weights is to map out a program so that you can work out frequently without exhausting your muscles. I separate different groups. Chest/Arms/Back/Legs all on different days to give muscles a rest. Make sure to keep a high protein intake. Use protein shakes, your muscles need protein to grow. There are so many different exercises I'm not gonna go into. Bodybuilding.com is a good resource to learn the basics. If you want Abs you need to get an ab routine. Abs can be worked out everyday. No need to let them rest. Abs are more a result of low body fat rather than doing a bunch of crunches. There is so much information that it is difficult to answer all your questions on here. My advice to you as a young beginner is to get your hands dirty. Get a gym membership somewhere and get to work. Read as much as possible and don't be afraid to ask older guys in the gym for advice. People are always glad to help. Everybody has different things that work for them, so you will figure it out.
So I want to get Stronger not necessarily ripped but big mussels and some abbs to boot.(no not because everyone is doing it) The most ive ever benched is 100 lbs but i was pushing it.

Please give me some advice and tips. im bulimic and i want to stop!?
Just like any other mental illness, you need professional medical help for recovering from bulimia nervosa. You can look at any number of options, from inpatient treatment to outpatient programs to simply therapy and support groups like OA.
Remember, bulimia nervosa is a chronic illness. You can easily relapse at any time without proper care. Please give me some advice and tips. im bulimic and i want to stop!?
I would recommend that you see a professional. Coming to Y!A may not be the best. :-)

I feel drained all the time. advice/tips please?
I'm 26 years old.
I've quit the smokes and the weed (and dabbling in speed%26amp;coke) a dozen times in the last 3 years. About a month after quitting I've experienced a huge peak in energy levels. I've quit for the final time in the new year but feel as sluggish as I did when I was up to no good.
My diet is perfect. I eat a wide and varied amount of the best and most nutritious foods. Organic and locally sourced as far as is practical. I drink rarely. I exercise from time to time but not as much as I used to because of the low energy levels and corresponding lack of motivation.
I'm very tall, slim and lean.
I work about 70 hours per week, but my work is not physically demanding at all. It is not even that mentally demanding most of the time. I often work through the night so I get little sun, if any in the week, seeing as the days are very short here and outside of summer there is almost always complete cloud cover. (I have just started taking a Vitamin D supplement)
I have a history of thyroid problems in my family. My sister has an overactive gland, my mother an under. The men in my family have a history of heart, kidney and liver disease but this is mostly alcohol related.
I developed ecxema at 21 and it has stayed on my elbows and flares up occasionally in patches elsewhere.
I will soon go to a doctor for a full medical before you suggest it, but what I'm looking for is some cheap advice before hand like... oh I don't know,
eat a high GI diet,
take a certain type of suppplement (I'm not crazy about these and would like my diet to be as natural as is possible)
do a certain type of exercise
read a certain book
train my mind in some manner
take up meditation
or yoga
Or tell me briefly how the above affected your energy levels.
Any help would be appreciated folks as this is beginning to depress me and I was a fairly happy-go-lucky guy all my life. Am I just getting old???!?
taI feel drained all the time. advice/tips please?
You need to take iron pills. Eat a bowl of bran flakes or Raisin Bran
everyday with a banana on it. Use fat free milk. You need to relax more. Your exhausted is the word.I feel drained all the time. advice/tips please?
You work 70 hours per week. That will exhaust anyone regardless of whether it is physical or not, especially if it is boring.
I am also 26 nd went through a similar thing. I was tired ALL the time. I could sleep 8 hours at night, come home from work and take a nap. I ate a moderately healthy diet and exercised at least 4 days a week. I went to the doctor. Nothing! Drink water is what he told me. I started drinking nearly a gallon of water a day. Didn't make a difference. I happened to luck on a diet, lifestyle change. I went raw. Meaning I eat 95% living or raw foods. Hear the analogy I use now. If you take a raw almond and a roasted almond and bury them in the ground, water them and wait. The raw almond has all the life in in and the enzymes have not been harmed, it will soak in the water and grow into a sprout. The roasted one will soon rot in the ground and disintegrate into nothing. After I started giving my body the most natural raw foods I could find, my energy levels sky rocketed. I am in the healthiest physical, mental, emotional state I have ever been. I feel great. I know this is only what has worked for me and I don't want to push my lifestyle on anyone. But you asked. I hope you find what you are looking for.

Carnival Paradise Cruise (Mexico): All advice welcome... tips, activities, food etc... ((thanks))?
Family of 3 (mother, daughters (16 ) and (12))
First time on a cruise...
All advice welcome!Carnival Paradise Cruise (Mexico): All advice welcome... tips, activities, food etc... ((thanks))?
Hi!
I've been on four Carnival cruises, so I may be able to help.
First of all, I recommend eating in the dining room if possible instead of at the buffet. The same food is offered, but if you like a sit-down meal, it's better to try the dining room.
Have your daughters sign up for teen activities. I am 16 years old and I LOVED the activities for both the 12-14 age group and the 15-17 age group. There are karaoke parties, dance parties, bracelet making, ice cream socials, and just fun time to make new friends. I still keep in touch with friends from cruises and have even met up with some of them. Your daughters will love it!
Remember that most food is included (there are some specialty desserts at the cafe that are not). There is free ice cream and pizza 24-hours a day. Alcohol and soda are not included. You can buy a soda card once onboard if your family drinks a lot of soda. There is espresso for free after dinner in the dining room.
Be sure to see some of the shows. They are really good and there are some very talented people!
All purchases made onboard the ship are charged to your room. You do not use cash. Instead, each person has a Sail and Sign card. You just give them a credit card number at the beginning of your trip and at the end, all of your expenses are charged to your credit card. You can decide when you give them the number if your children are allowed to charge on your card or not.
If you like to lay out, try to get a deck chair early in the morning. By the middle of the day, they will all be taken. Saving deck chairs is not allowed. There are sometimes some more secluded decks where there are more open deck chairs, so seek those out.
Remember to pack something to wear for formal night. Dress code is on the Carnival website. I had some tablemates that did not have formal clothes and were not allowed to eat in the dining room on formal night.
Definitely try the chocolate melting cake for dessert! It is on the alternative menu in the dining room. Also, the king crab legs are great!
Be sure to check your Carnival Capers. They arrive at your room nightly and list all of the activities for the next day. This will help keep you informed.
Room service is free but small tips are appreciated by the staff!
They leave chocolate on your pillow each night. I loved that. =)
Most of all, enjoy yourself! These were the things I thought of off the top of my head.
Hope this was helpful!Carnival Paradise Cruise (Mexico): All advice welcome... tips, activities, food etc... ((thanks))?
CruiseCritic.com, click on ';Boards';, then go to your favorite topic. You might especially be interested in ';First Time Cruisers';, ';Money-Saving Tips';, ';Ports of Call'; and the Carnival board. If you want to ';meet'; others on your sailing, you can go to the ';Roll Call'; board - you'll have to join CC for that board, but it's free.
I sailed on the Paradise back when she was a non-smoking ship - very nice, and one of Carnival's less-over-the-top ships in re decor!
Have a great cruise. But be forewarned: you, too, may become ';addicted'; to cruising!!
Welcome to the world of cruising. Don't worry, all the veteran cruisers are NOT thinking ';Look at them, they don't know what to do.'; They are thinking ';Look, they're on their first cruise, Remember the feeling we had on our first cruise. And I still look around in wonder, and I've been on several.
Try cruiseaddicts.com or cruisecritic.com where you can just lurk and learn so much or post a question and get some really great answers from people who've ';been there, done that.';
Bon Voyage and relax and enjoy. You'll be as ';hooked'; as I am.

Runescape advice or tips for me?

i want to make an apprentice
and i want to make him a good fighter
so what should i level him up first once i make him
what weapons should i get, armor
im a non member
it';s just i don't know a lot of stuff, i guess it because im girl idk
i just want to make mine better than my neighbor's person
should mine be pure strength too, just like his?
thanks anyways :)Runescape advice or tips for me?
Confusing question. xD
Anyway,
Depends if your funded or not.
Pure Str%26gt;Pure Range
But...
Pure Str%26lt;Range 2h
For Range 2h its simple.
Keep your range and your str the same, never go over 40 Attack, 0 DEFENCE, Mage maybe 25 for varrock teleport or 59 for all f2p spells, when training with range only train with iron arrows (or bronze if your not funded) untill in the 80's. With str, get 20 str, 5 attack, then 30 str, 20 attack, and 40 str, 30 attack, and finally 50 str, 40 attack and never raise attack again! Remember, keep STR = RANGE.
Hope this helps!Runescape advice or tips for me?
Pure strength is overrated, as is any pure build on any game.
Strength is important though, it makes you have higher damaging attacks.
You won't really need the best armor in the beginning. Once you hit 5 defense, strength and attack, get steel armor and scimitar/long sword. (I personally kept my steel armor until I could wear Rune.) Work on your strength, try to keep it 5-10 levels above your defense and attack.
At 40 defense and attack, get rune plate legs/plate skirt, rune chain-mail, rune scimitar/long sword. Continue building strength until it's about 55-60, get defense and attack to 50-55 and do the dragon hunter quest so you can wear Rune plate body.
It will take a while to match your neighbor if he's an older, more experienced player, but don't get discouraged, you'll get there eventually.

Anyone have tips or advice?
As i mentioned in my earlier question, I was having trouble deciding whether or not to try a long distance relationship with this really amazing guy. Well, we decided to give it a try. SO, I'm just wondering if anyone has any good advice on how to make a long-distance relationship work???Anyone have tips or advice?
Trust Trust Trust
That's the key it will make or break any relationship especially a long distance oneAnyone have tips or advice?
try to see eachother as often as possible and have faith that your love will keep you together no matter what. This also requires a great deal of trust, dont let your jelousy get to you or it wont work out.

Any exam tips and advice?
So next week I have my first ever exams (I'm in year 10- Australia). I'm freaking out to the max!
I know I'm capable of doing them well, but I'm crippled by anxiety and stress and every time I go to revise my brain feels like it's turned to mush. I feel so under-prepared, lazy and hopeless. My anxiety is getting worse, no matter how much breathing exercises I do.
So any advice?
Thanks :)Any exam tips and advice?
Make sure to allow for plenty of time when traveling to the exam location.
4. Enter an exam well-rested.
5. Start with the easy questions. Do not get stuck on difficult ones, but put those questions aside and return to them later.
6. Often, first impressions are best. Therefore, do not change your answers unless you are absolutely certain that you have made a mistake.
7. Read the question very carefully. Consider what precisely is being asked. If the question demands four arguments, then give four, not three or five. Do not write more than required in the hope that the people marking the exams will select the correct answers.
8. The so-called ‘Open exam questions’ demand that you compose the entire answer yourself: make sure you write clearly.
9. In the case of multiple choice questions: think of your own answer first before looking at the answers listed on the page.
10. When you are finished, check carefully whether you have answered all the questions.Any exam tips and advice?

I want to be a DJ....advice,tips?
I'm a BIG fan of electronic music....love Oakenfold,Digitally Stoned People, The Prodigy,Fatboy Slim etc..
I'm 17 so I'm busy with school and stuff so I won't be able to get a job...however i WILL be able to devote time to DJing..
I have a little over $ 700 saved up from previous jobs...will this be enough to get some basic DJ equipment? This is gonna be the first time I'm even touching a deck and stuff, so obviously 2nd hand will be cool......and what equipment do i need overall? Will it all come to within $ 700-750?
Thanks.I want to be a DJ....advice,tips?
It's great that you have a goal at 17, but I highly recommend you find something besides DJing, because my husband has been a remote DJ for years and the times are changing. People don't want them anymore. There are too many alternatives in this computerized era to replace DJs. And, because of the vast array of different kinds of music, you won't make everyone happy like you could in the 70's, 80's and 90's. Dance music was new and everyone loved it. Now, people demand more, and they demand more of what THEY like which usually isn't what the person next to them likes. It's a hard employ and won't make you happy,.
You will also continue to spend what little money you make buying more equipment because of all the drunks that spill their drinks on your expensive stuff. And, you get treated with no respect. People think you are there to cater to them and they treat you like you are a piece of **** to be bad-mouthed. Oh, the best part is when the same drunks come up and ask you over and over again to play songs that no one wants to hear and can't be danced to. Then when you don't play it they get in your face.

I think you may already have your answer. The tendency to develop thyroid disorders runs in families. Though it's not sure yet what will trigger the onset of the disorder in an individual there is strong evidence that excess iodine intake contributes.
Addictive behaviors, such as smoking, drinking or drugs have been found to be used in cases of self treatment in folks that have been feeling as though something is wrong, but not quite knowing what.
That is not to say that having a thyroid problem will cause you to smoke or drink, or that smoking or drinking means that you have a thyroid problem. But, given family history AND the addictive behaviors it's a red flag to have things checked.
Low levels of vitamin D, with or without a thyroid issue, can also cause one to feel pretty lousy, so that would be wise to check into as well.
My suggestion while you are seeing a doc and having labs run anyway.... have some thyroid tests run.
Those that will be of most value in determining if something is wrong?
TSH
Free T4
Free T3 and
Thyroid antibodies
Add to that the Vitamin D that you've already planned on, as well as:
Ferritin
Iron and
B-12

I'm having trouble trotting. Any advice, tips, or things to remember?
I'mm having trouble posting at the trot and my instructor says that I need to work on keeping my lower legs as still as possible while trotting. I also tend to lean forward once in awhile while trotting and I can never keep a consistent speed!! My instructor says that this is because the lower legs are moving alot and sometimes it hits my horse's side without me knowing it or intending to which makes my horse speed up. PLEASE tell me ANYTHING I can do to improve my riding!! I'm having trouble trotting. Any advice, tips, or things to remember?
Heels Down. I know this sounds like the most generic answer possible but it really does help. Pushing your heels down will help strengthen your legs, snugs your upper against your horse, and makes you much more solid in the saddle.
When you're riding, really think about where your body is positioned with relation to your vertical axis. Ideally, at a relaxed pace, there should be a straight line down your back from your head to your heel. I have the same problem and one of the other thing that helps me is to remember to keep the butt bones planted firmly in the seat, not tilted foward. Think of it as collection for the rider! Move from the hind quarters, not the knee or upper leg--those are support.I'm having trouble trotting. Any advice, tips, or things to remember?
I have a solution and its fun too. I have done this before in one of my riding lessons. Take a piece of paper and put it between your calves and saddle leather and keep it there. This teaches you not to move your legs so the paper will not fall out. It can become a game too. Try this at a walk then do it at a sitting trot and work to your posts. When posting your trot KEEP YOUR HEELS DOWN and bend with your knees a bit too, like flexing, it also helps. Tilt your hips forwards also and shoulders back. You will learn and soon you wont have a problem leaning forward. It could be a little of being unbalanced so you to tend to steady yourself at times on you horse's back and lean foreword to help balance you. Don't do this too often at all and you'll learn to sit up, just keep thinking it. Hope this helps.
There are a few things that I can think of:
When you are sitting the trot try to focus in on your position. For instance try notice the curve of your lower back. The less you arch your back the better (this at least is a problem of mine) Try to really straighten your back out making yourself nice and tall and your seat deep. Then try to carry this feeling over to your posting trot.
Work on keeping your weight in your heels too, in order to deepen your post and giving you more control.
When you're not riding you can do calf exercises. Stand on a step on your toes and raise yourself up and down.
Keep up the good work. The more you do it, the more it will come to feel natural.
Hope this helps!
First off, keep in mind that you want your horse to do the work. Let him help you post (the horse can help you bounce up out of the saddle with the post, keep control and continue to complete the post and then sit down. Say to yourself ';up, down'; ';up, down'; and feel the motion of the horse. It does not matter at first which diagonal you post, you just have to feel the rhythm. Once you get it, it will become easier. Keep your legs underneath you (not forward, not backward) Don't give up.
this is probly because you need to build more muscle and strength in your legs. you should be able to (eventually) drop your stirrups while posting, and still keep your legs steady. just remember the basics. sqeeze with your knees and thighs and keep your heels wayyyy down. this should help. you might need to shorten your stirrups for a lesson, just to practice keeping your heels down ( this will allow you to realize how uncomfortable it is when your leg wobbles all over the place).
or, trying swapping saddles. a dressage saddle has a more secure feeling. it will make you feel comfortable when picking up speed, and you wont lean forward.
hope it helps
Don't know if this will help, but keeping your lower legs still swill take practice, it will get easier. Work alot on your balance. Like try to stand up, the way you do when you're posting, for as long as you can while on the horse, and keep your lower legs still.
Also, try to shorten the stirrups, this will help you practice balance and controlling your legs.

O.K, I used to do horse lessons. When my pony jumped, I didn't think it would lead with as much force as she did, so after the jump... lets say I was hanging down from the pony's neck.I took the lessons from a local horse farm. (I think that's how you spell it) She is really good. She is great! She told me, if the fence is to your right then when the horse's right leg goes up, you need to go up. Simple! Catch ya' later.
I'm learning to but when i trot this helps a lot....
Get up into a 2 point and do that for a little wial. it teaches your legs what position they need to be in. also squeeze the top of you legs to the saddle. And make your heals go down hard
put all your weight in ur heels. that usually helps. otherwise im not rlly sure. ive never had problems. o yea keep ur heels down.

I need tips or advice in getting over a break up. I can usually handle this, but this time, I am hurting. : (?
I love him, he left me. He won't even speak to me, and technically he never even broke up with me. So 3 weeks later I am struggling, I have had breakups before, so I know the usual heartache and pretty much just keep moving and get on with my life.
This time, it is especially hard. I guess partly because there was no closure. Anyway, this week when I was starting to get into this hateful, resentment, moving on type place, I started to think I would be okay...but I realized that the happier I would feel, the harder it is. I get upset because I wish I was enjoying my happiness with him.
Help...advice, tips, thoughts, anything. (sigh)I need tips or advice in getting over a break up. I can usually handle this, but this time, I am hurting. : (?
it's always hard when you don't have that closure. a girl i know had her bf break up on the phone, and was really upset he didn't do it face to face. it took almost a month before they both sat down and talked about it all, and only really since then has she been able to move forward without him. Nail him down and talk about it. Don't make it look like you want to get back together, just make sure you both let it all go....I need tips or advice in getting over a break up. I can usually handle this, but this time, I am hurting. : (?
I'm sorry to hear about your heartache...breakups are never easy especially when you can't seem to get over them. Just remember you are a strong woman, and you sound caring, so there are plenty of fishes in the sea. I believe everything happens for a reason, and maybe there is something better for you out there. Just take this time to be you, be single, and be happy, hang out with friends, go grab dinners, and remember that time heals all wounds....meanwhile remember to smile!!! There is much more to smile about than to be upset!
hang in there, hang in there and hang in there. you know better than anyone else how your break up and healing process goes, right? think is as getting over one day is a minimal challenge. every one day would be whole long period, and before you notice, you're back to who you are.
Plan a trip for April or May and get the hell outa dodge! If I were you I'd go to San Diego, or even the Bahamas. Do something really nice for yourself and realize that you're going to find someone else in the future!! Someone that you will love and then marry!! You need to get this guy outa your coconut!! The more you dwell, the more you will have pain! Move on..please..its not a cliche it the answer!!!!
time heals all wounds.
you'll get through this, this one will just take a bit longer cuz of the no closure thing. actually, the first thing you should do is get closure..i would say by actually going up to him and asking if we're broken up, he might think you'r crazy, but it'll be good for you to hear it..i think.
Take it an hour at a time. For example: if you feel like crying, look @ the clock and say I'm not going to cry for 1 hour. Maybe you'll cry, and maybe you won't, but the point is that you went that whole hour without crying! Which is huge.
Write things down. Write him a letter %26amp; give him $hit for being such a coward. The best thing about this kind of letter is that you don't have to give it to him. Cuss, swear, call his manhood into question, tell him you've had better etc.
Don't feel guilty about having fun without him...get angry at him for not being there to share it with you.
DO NOT CALL HIM !!!
Make him wonder why you aren't calling him anymore.
This will kill you, but if/when you do see him, act like you would if he were just one of you guy pals. That'll make him stop and think.
You will get past this eventually, I promise. You'll be stronger for it. Good luck sweetie, I really feel your pain.

I'm Trying To Lose Weight (advice, tips, help)?
Yeah recently i got back into school (for a while i lost interest and started to let my grades drop)
and because im always so focused on schoolwork, i don't get to workout and be active as much, so i gained a few pounds.
Im VERY VERY self conscious, and right now i think i look like the most hideous person on the planet, and im desperate to lose weight, ive been working myself to death trying to shed some pounds.
I'm 15, and only need to lose like 10 pounds (5, but i want to lose 10).
also, i live in the desert and we have NO GYMS anywhere near us, so i cant really go to a gym or anything.
any tips advice or help?! i would like to lose weight as soon as humanly possible, im tired of being fat :((I'm Trying To Lose Weight (advice, tips, help)?
Cut your portions in half. and then exercise after. set a dead line for yourself that you wont eat after. it works :] and have the will power to do it.who cares what they think so dont think that. they are just stupid and say those things to hide their own problems. keep your chin up :D

Any last things? advice and tips please!?
I am 37 weeks pregnant. I was wondering if there is any last advice you can give me before i pop!Any last things? advice and tips please!?
Because a mother knows her baby better than anyone, the best advice I can give is not to listen to everyone's advice. Each child is different and unique in their own way. I'm sure your little bundle of joy will be no exception.
When you're in labor, ask plenty of questions for EVERYTHING (i.e. ';what is that for?';, ';what will this do';, etc.). Insist on certain things if you feel it's best for you. Sometimes I think the nurses get to a point where they are just going thru the motions.
Good luck!Any last things? advice and tips please!?
Everyone will want to give you advice that worked wonders for them and their friends. My advice to you. Smile sweetly, say what a good idea it is and that you will try what ever it is. (Even if you have no intention of trying it) Let them think they have helped you and everyone is left happy. Apart from that get lots of rest now, as life is going to be so hectic soon. Good luck and enjoy every moment of your new life. ;-)
I would say - take comfort items to the hospital (whatever soothes you). Make meals ahead or stock up on stuff that's really easy to fix. Get your phone number list ready, cameras, all that stuff packed %26amp; ready - leave nothing to do ';in teh moment';...you won't be thinking clearly! Write in a journal about how your feeling, experiences, thoughts, fears, hopes, dreams, etc.. they're interesting to read later. ANd most of all...kick your feet up and relax - pamper yourself NOW!!! :)
Enjoy yourself and hopefully everyone's treating you like a pregnant princess so lap it up because soon, everyone will just look at you because you're the one holding the baby!
awww you are almost there! Just try to rest as much as you can. Make sure you packed your hospital bag.
just get prepared!
Get the epidural. It was a life saver. I had my first two children without and will never suffer through that pain again.
I'll be 37 weeks in two days (Friday.) And I am excited but kind of scared, well, really scared, about giving birth!

Tips OR Advice Needed In TTC.. No Negetive Feedback Please!!?
My Hubby %26amp; I have been trying VERY unsuccessfully to get pregnant.. Any tips or advice? I've been doing the online ovulation predictors, bought numerous overpriced ovulation kits %26amp; we've been having sex like rabbits :)
Why am I not pregnant yet.. It's very upsetting!!!Tips OR Advice Needed In TTC.. No Negetive Feedback Please!!?
I used FertilAid to get prgnant after 15 months of tring! I was only on it for 3 weeks! I wish someone told me about it sooner. I also used the cheap ovulation strips on this site and they worked great! You can get alot for cheap so you can test as much as you like. The FertilAid is all natural and has all your prenatal vitamins in it as well. Good luck! Lots of baby dust your way!
And remember to wait at least 24 hours between baby dancing to keep sperm strong, healthy, and active enough to get where they need to go! Also elevate your hips SLIGHTLY (not to much or you'll bend to much and block it) with a small pillow under your hipps. Stay laying down like that for at least 30 minutes.Tips OR Advice Needed In TTC.. No Negetive Feedback Please!!?
Try charting your temperature on fertilityfriend.com. Just because you are getting positive opk it doesn't mean you're ovulating. It could just be detecting an lh surge when there is no actual ovulation. Also try having sex every other day. If he does for some reason have low sperm count that will give his sperm enough time to build back up. I hope this helps you out a little bit. Good luck %26amp; lot of baby dust!!!
Don't worry hun...most of us here have the same question. How long has it been since u TTC. A lot of them take even years to suceed. Forget abt the kits/tests etc...go with ur instinct and babydance with fun...do it without any worry/stress...thats the key...eat well, take prenatals and relax...everything will be alright.Never give up, u are not alone. I'll wish, hope and pray for you. Gudluck and lots of babydust.
If you've been trying for a long time (6 months to ta year) then it's time for both of you to go to the doctor. Good luck!
Pray! I mean that sincerely. Make sure you have sex every other day so he can bulid his sperm count back up. Take some Flinstones vitamins too=) Good Luck %26amp; BABY DUST=)
Honey, have him tested. He could have a low sperm count, varicocele, etc. Its not always the womans fault! Good Luck!
You both should get tested. My trips to the RE have been very informative.
Do you know for sure that you are ovulating? If not, you may need to take meds (like Clomid) to help you.
I use the clear blue easy fertility monitor. Its a lil pricey but pinpoints ovulation to the exact day. If ur having sex everyday cut back to every other day(it's healthier when ttc). I feel the same way, we have an 11 year old together %26amp; i been off BC since he's been 5 %26amp; no luck but a miscarriage 3 yrs ago. We've had all the tests done2. It can be very disappointing month after month, but we have to keep r heads up %26amp; try harder/something different next month. The 1st obgyn i had didn't want to do crap so i'm now seeing a new 1 %26amp; he's great. He gave me clomid to start cause i didn't know having an irregular cycle could be a problem when ttc also. Ge-sh who would of thought it would be so hard when we got older, when it happened without even trying the 1st time. I'm now on my 2nd round of clomid %26amp; about to ovulate any day normally., So i'm wishing baby dust on both of us. good luck with all it has to happen for us eventually.

Tips and advice on braces pleeease :)?
Im getting braces next month, and I've been doing a lot of research. Ive done braces selector and my top two choices are a turquoise-ish color or pink (like a light pink). Do you think those are good colors for a girl? (not together, seperately.) Also, I heard it hurts and feels weird after you get them onfor the first few days. Should I take advil/tylenol before I go to the appointment or when it starts to hurt? Also please add any additional information/tips if you have any:) thanks!Tips and advice on braces pleeease :)?
you should get any colors you want to, but stay away from clear, green and blak, they make your teeth look like something is always in them. Also, yes, it is sore for the first few days and does feel weird. Eventually, you will get used to them. Stick to eating soft foods like: mashed potatoes, smoothies and pudding for about a week. Yes, those same foods over and over does get old, but it really helps! Yes, take some advil or tylenol before going in and every 4 hours after that to help with the soreness. Its not fun, but is well worth it in the end!Tips and advice on braces pleeease :)?
You probably should take something before you go. the first week or so your teeth will hurt so stick to foods that arent chewy. yogurt, ice cream , pudding . lots of drinks and anything else you can think of . take pain meds every couple of hours or whatever it says on the label. i like those colors i think they would be nice together and separate. Brush however many times a day they tell you because you dont want any cavities. um follow all the no foods list ( well alot of the time you an cheat on stuff like gum , just not caramel). when they give you runner bands wear them cuz if you dont it can prolong treatment. Good luck !
they actually don't hurt to bad after you get them. take a tynoel AFTER you go cause they won't starting hurting for a while. those 2 colors will look cute i got light blue and pink and that looked good too. They aren't as bad as everyone says

My first spray tan is tomorrow! ADVICE or TIPS?
It's my first spray tan for an occasion in a few days.
Any tips/advice!?
I'm praying it won't turn me orange! My first spray tan is tomorrow! ADVICE or TIPS?
Exoliate well tonight when you have a shower before you go to bed. (make sure its a rough exfoliant, if you don't have one handy just get a cup of sugar, put it in a bowl and take the bowl into the shower with you, and wet your hand (not dripping wet) and place your hand in the bowl, so your hand gets covered with the sugar, then don't stand under the running water and rub your hand over your body, you will find that the sugar on your hand will take a little time to dissolve so when it does, simply dip your hand back into the bowl and repeat until you've done your whole body.. once you're out the shower and fully dried off, cover your whole body and face in moisturiser, so there will NO dry skin for tomorrow, because its dry skin that the tanning sprays and lotions colour stick really badly too, which leaves the patchy appearance.
Don't moisturise or wear make up before you go to the salon (if you're getting your face done, i do recommend it if they just go over it lightly, or you can have a really tanned neck and then a white face and your make up won't match.)
Before the person starts to apply your tan, make sure they apply a very small amount of moisturiser to the palms of your hands and soles of your feet, over your ears, in your arm pits, over your toes and over the top of your hands and fingers and onto both sides of your elbows and both sides of your knee caps (these are areas that do not naturally tan well as the skin is dry or they are usually hidden from the sun and will not tan nicley no matter what you do).
No matter what colour your tan looks like straight after its done, always wait for at least 8 hours before you shower after the tan has been put on, this is so that all ingredients in the tanning solution have time to fullly activate and soak in. If you shower sooner than this it will go streaky and patchy and look terrible.
After the 8 hours have a shower and if it does look orange, very gently exfoliate the areas that don't look right, but dont over do it or parts of your tan will come off. if you find the colour is hard to fade, keep moisturising the area for a few hours then try again. Make sure you moisturise your whole body at least twice a day up until the day you needed the tan for, as this will help the colour last and stay looking fresh, this will also help prevent it becoming patchy as the tan ages.My first spray tan is tomorrow! ADVICE or TIPS?
dont get distracted.
Make sure the place has a good reputation. My friend did spray on tan for her wedding and it was fine. I am fair skinned and blonde and I love the Neutrogena gradual self tanner line of products. The lightest one can go on dark, so be sure to mix it with a little plain lotion when you use it and always lightly moisturize rough areas (knees, elbows) before applying self tanner. Good luck!
make sure u go to a good place... wear clothes that u dont care about because they will stain ur clothes after u put them on.... trust me... ive ruined clothes that way
dont get ur face done unless it is really pale...
u wont turn orange unless ur are like extremely white
which i'm sure ur probably not
hope that helps
dont do it!
it tends to look really cheap and trashy
if it.s the mystic tan machine it will turn u orange and it will probably not look proportional because it will leave ugly white and orange spots....if somebody will do it for you, it will be alright although it does still give u an orange touch...
Dont do it, very bad idea. They turn you funny colors, make your hands and feet look weird, and the ones that dont fade fast and make your pores and hair folicles ALL over your body VERY noticable.
Ok, so here is the question; Are you doing the spray tan yourself from a can, or are you seeing a beautician?
If you're doing it yourself, make sure you don't skimp of the product you choose, because the cheaper the product, the more orange you'll turn.
Also, if you are applying the tan yourself, be sure that you don't go overboard, or leave streaks.
Really, that's the most help I can offer (:
i wouldnt do it, no offense, but you should get a real tan, it will make you a tint of light orange in most cases, and it will fade away sooner than you think
I wouldent do it.
dont wear clothes you dont want to stain.....for a good week or somakeup brush

Can anyone give me some good advice or tips about sex i only got 4'5';?
It's not the size of the wand that matters; its the magic in it....
Seriously....size is not what matters so much as being able to please a woman...and atleast 50% of the time a woman can't get off by penetration alone. Some women have never even had an orgasm.
Learn how to use your tongue and your fingers to get the magic flowing! :D Have fun....Can anyone give me some good advice or tips about sex i only got 4'5';?
size really is of no importance it is an art that we all must master no matter your measurement..have I got your attention good as Im bullhsitting, you have got a pathetic little dick that couldnt satisfy a budgie..you shouldnt be thinking about sex until you are about 14 you naughty boyCan anyone give me some good advice or tips about sex i only got 4'5';?
you meant 4.5'; not 4'5'; thats four foot 5 inches!! lmao.. thanks for the laugh....
find a reall small asain woman...lmao they are used to that size...
only tip i can give you is to tie weights to your tongue and go with that
a 4' 5'; what
just be there for her:) if you oknow what i mean and you will do just fine!
keep it in your pants , its not worth getting out lol
You may as well chop it off mate
your lucky you got that,my husband never wants sex with me
learn to use your tongue. most girls get off better that way anyway.
you mean 4 1/2 inches right?
anyway, don't worry. that's not my man's greatness either, but he's well w/tongue, fingers and hips! just improve your skills!
buy a strap on
lol =)
don't worry, u are not the only person in this planet who have that size. U can search the web.. Indian's average was about 3 inches. lol (atleast u have longer than the average smallest).
I know that most men seem to think size is really important but to most women it's not. Yeah we might talk like it does to eachother but when it comes down to actually having sex size really doesn't matter. Most women get better orgasms from foreplay along than from actual penetration anyway and if you've got some good skills in the bedroom it wont matter how big it is!
Do you mean you are only 4 and a half inches long in erection form?
That does not matter Sir.
As long as you know how to please the girl.....The Foreplay......The caressing......The Fondling. Etc. Etc.
You don;t have to be 5 and a half inches plus to please her!!!!!
Do you know about oral sex? Do you know about her clitoris?
Please write to intercourse692@yahoo.com
Do not worry about not being all that long.
If you know the techinal etc. it should be O.K.
Laurey.
I agree with keo31204 its not all about penetration. Lots of touching and stroking and making her feel special
4 feet 5 inches!!!!!!!!! only got 4'5'; ?!???!!! what are you an X-men? you elephantitus man?
get very good at giving oral sex! Perhaps this might put your mind at ease a little bit (I read it on wikipedia). Most women's nerve endings in their vagina are concentrated in the first 4 inches of their vaginal opening. Thus, anything beyond that is not necessarily as gratifying for some women. Of course, some women simply like being ';filled'; and prefer a large package. However, if you get really good at oral sex and can make a woman orgasm intensely, her inability to get off during actual intercourse probably won't matter much.
I've talked to numerous women who prefer oral sex anyway, so there's definitely a woman out there for you....it's simply a matter of numbers and finding the right one.
There's more to you than your willy.

Tips or advice about commuting in LA?
My fiance' and I will be relocating to CA from Wisconsin. He just got a job in Irwindale, CA, and we are trying to figure out where the best place is to get an apartment. I want to look for jobs in the entertainment industry, for casting, and I know I will have the most luck near Hollywood, Century City, Burbank, etc. If we got an apartment in one of those cities, how bad would the commute be for my fiance, traveling to Irwindale, at around 5, or 6am every morning? Or, is there a city in the middle that will be easy for both of us to commute?
Please, only serious answers from people who live in CA, preferably near the LA area, and have experience with the drive.
Thank you!Tips or advice about commuting in LA?
The commute that early in the morning wouldn't be all that bad. The best route to take would be US 101 North to SR 134 east to I-210 east. If you are looking for a midpoint, you might want to consider Pasadena or Glendale. Keep in mind that rush hour is from 7AM-9AM and from 4PM-7PM. Try to avoid commuting during these hours. And watch out for the ';anti-gridlock zones'; on the streets. If you park during rush hour in such zones, your vehicle WILL be towed!Tips or advice about commuting in LA?
Irwindale isn't far from Hollywood and Burbank. As far as where to live, look into Arcadia, West Covina, El Monte, Alhambra, or, if you can afford it, Pasadena. These cities will be central to both.

Tips and advice, have you got any?
I am wanting to start to keep myself in good shape but to be honest I never really have so I'm not really sure, as stupid as it sounds, how to do it properly. We have really tightnened our purse strings just lately with current credit crunch and looming recession so suggestions like gym memberships and dietitians/personal trainers have gone out of the window. I cant join any kind of classes either as they all cost quite a bit in my local area. I have an ab-trainer and could borrow a bike and I know how to have a well balanced diet but I'm not sure about running etc, how long do I go for? how many times a week/day? please, if you can help me out in any way I would be so grateful, thanks =)Tips and advice, have you got any?
Nothing can do you good better than exercise and healthy eating.
Walk up hill, or jog, or use the elliptical trainer; do 30 minutes or more a few days a week. and eat healthy; belly fat or thighs or hips comes from deep fried foods, too many sugary foods - so just moderate and dont deprive yourself from anything.
Lastly, situps or crunches - in order to target lower part of your belly, you need most exercises with leg raising. so do crunches 50-100 before you go to bed and right when you wake up.
Doing crunches is the best before bed and right when you get up.
Also if you're able to lift weights, do it. Remember you cant just lose fat from one part of your body. So by lifting weights, light weights 3 sets of 12 - you'll burn more fat and build a litttle muscle - but more muscle faster fat burn and faster metabolism. And so is the case with Cardio - you speed up your metabolism up to the next 24 hours
.Tips and advice, have you got any?
Thank you!
Try DDR. Many people have lost weight through it because you really work up a sweat and it's really fun too.
Good luck!
Honestly, you don't have to go to the gym to lose weight!
(You don't even need expensive equipment.)
I used to be 13 stone at my heaviest, I am now just under 10 stone, although I still hope to lose a little more.
If you're fit, you should run for at least 9 miles every 2 days.
If you're unfit, a couple of miles will do.
When I started running I could barely run a mile, now I can run at least 18.
However, the running wasn't quite for me, I wasn't keen on the idea of letting everyone in my neighbourhood see me running - out of breath with sweat everywhere.
The swimming pool is another alternative. It is pretty cheap to book an hour in the swimming pool, at my local pool it costs just 拢4 for 2 hours on certain days.
Check your local pool as I am sure they'll do something similar.
Swimming is a fantastic way to both tone up and lose weight.
Also, try borrowing that bike, cycling is much more fun than running and it can be quite enjoyable to cycle down to the countryside and spend a couple of hours with a picnic, healthy of course!
I had 5 a day in a whole bowlfor lunch for under 6 weeks, then when I went back to school last year, meah, too depressed and full from food you have to have at a time in that place, just try if your not there, I felt better then on chocolate after continueing after a day, and i cycle every day no problem, just get a cusiony spots seat to tighten on so...well you know...not have there ton from the inside out! And trust me, after the one or two days of the unfit stage, yuo resume cycleing and are fine. Try it, I've been doing it every day for 4 months now, and it's great.
dont be the girl that gives up on food. IF you just dont eat or do not eat atleast 1300( for female) calories a day, your body starts freaking out and thinking your starving so it holds on to all the fat in your body in order to survive, and you end up becoming frusterated wondering why am i not loosing any weight, just feeling yucky. Then if you actually stick on to that routine of not eating for a few months you start to loose weight, but its your muscle you are loosing, your body is starving with no food so it starts to eat your muscles, and by this time your body attitude has changed and your addicted to not eating. Than due to lack of calcium your teeth start to turn brown and eventually break in half or fall out, but i guess thats good since you dont need them for eating anyways! Also you will loose your hair, this is not a lifestyle. I've had personal experience wtih weight loss and i concured it, you can too but you HAVE TO EAT!
IT IS NOT ABOUT DIETING, DO NOT DIET, ITS A LIFESTYLE.
To eat healthy, First thing first, if you love soda, Try to see it for what it is, read the back of the can its nothing but added flavors, fat, sugar, and it tears at your stomach. I drink only water, and i do sit ups every night. Cut out junk food, and eat food that is good for you body.
Before i eat anything i think about how it will help my body, what is a cookie going to do, sit in my stomach and turn into fat, what is chinese food going to do, saturated fat, grease, or vegetables that will fuel my body, protein, thats how you have to think, you have to be a consious eater and think about what you eat before you eat it.
You have to lower your calorie intake in order to loose weight, and by that i dont mean down to like 200, you need atleast 1300 a day(for women). Slimfast is a great resource the website is free and you can enter every piece of food you have eaten and see how much fat you've consumed and how many calories. It also takes your gender height and weight into consideration and gives a plan to stick to (FOR FREE), plus it tells you how much you should weight. its called a BMI calculator.
I was overweight, My face got so huge and i felt like all of the rest of me did too, i found out how to eat healthy and stuck to and i've lost around 30 pounds by doing that.
Cut out all sugar/junk food/ cookies and all. Eat every 3 hours. Like at 6 i wake up and have all fruit for breakfast and than at 9 i have a snack of raw fruits or vegetables, at 12 i eat a slimfast bar and half a turkey sandwhich or something, at 3 i have another snack of vegetables or a fruit, and for dinner i have meats like chicken with no skin, or fish that has not been fried with half a plate of vegetables. Raw veggies are better than cooked actually because they loose nutrients when they are cooked.
Plus you gotta excersize, even if its 30 minutes a day, if you have ON DEMAND like on your tv, they have free excersize videos you can do, thats what i do. I also got into yoga, 5 months later i went from a size 12-13 to a 4-5, and i was at 156, now i'm at 126, and i'm 5'6 tall.
It is worth it when yout hik about, i'm doing this for my body and my health, and one day you'll reach your goal and wonder what the heck you were doing binging for all those months!
Good luck if you need any help email me, i'm still trying to drop about 5 pounds but my birthdays this weekend and i plan to binge, but get back to your excerisze after and its all good!
good luck., and no soda!

Tips And Advice On Consuming A Protein Shake.?
Hey Guys,
My names Ryan, and im looking for advice on how to consume Protein.
I play football and i go to the gym to keep up with the demands of our great game,
i want to know when the best time to take a PROTEIN SHAKE?
how much protein shake powder do i take in one day
then down to individual serve.
im looking to consume a shake 3 times a day.
anyway, could anyone provide me with some shake recipes to help my shake taste and be better
thanks all
Regards,Tips And Advice On Consuming A Protein Shake.?
Take your shake before and after work out, have protein every two hours, either drink or tuna. Protein is used to help build muscle so the more you take the more you feed the muscles. It then depends on what you do with your muscles i.e. body builder vs football player. Three to four servings of protein drink with protein meals (fish, chicken) is ok. You can add a banana to the shake, or add some fruit (berries), or flavouring (chocolate or coffee), an egg or two. Eat plenty of vegetables for fibre.Tips And Advice On Consuming A Protein Shake.?
I would take it about an hour or two before working out... as thats the same with meals... for every 500 calorie meal you wait 2-3 hours but since its just a shake, its ok for 1 hour wait.
I would also drink a shake, workout and then eat 2 hours after as a shake i guess would work better on a fairly empty stomach. but i could be wrong :P

Tips and advice for first time renters?
My fiance and I are currently looking to move out of my mothers home. We live in a very nice block of flats at the moment, and one of the other flats is coming up for rental. I know the owner of the flat quite well, as does my mother. I emailed her detailing our interest, and she said she would be delighted for us to rent the flat. Mum also emailed the real estate agent asking how much the flat would be up for, which will be between $330-$360pw. I have a feeling it will probably be $360 because they are giving it a few reno's etc. We have budgeted for groceries, bills, etc. and if I get a job (interview this afternoon) we will easily be able to afford everything.
Anyway, my fiance and I are both 19. Currently I have no income aside from centrelink as I just got laid off, but I have a job interview this afternoon. My fiance recieves more centrelink than me (obviously this will all change when we move in, become defacto etc, because we haven't declared ourselves defacto as of yet) and he has a job, although he is paid in cash under the table. We have house sat before, so we will use my mother and these people as references.
My question is, how do I go about applying for the flat? Do I simply call the agent and say I'm interested in renting the flat? What happens after that? Forms etc? Just not quite sure what the process would be from there on, and would appreciate some advice.Tips and advice for first time renters?
I don't know how it works in the UK. I wish I could help you out. I know how it works in America. But, contacting the listing agent is the first step.

The first see-each other weekend? Advice? TIPs help needed.?
Me and one guy met over the internet. He is coming to visit in a couple of days. Staying here for 3 days - just an aquaintance visit kind of.
I feel kind of nervous about the whole thing.
1. he comes to the country he has never been
2. he comes for a short period of time
3. he might want to spend time with me personally, but on the other hand would love to see the city too.
Could you give me an advice - as a girl should a be his guide or more like leave it up to him what he wants to do and just to mostly spend time on an actual aquaintance? The first see-each other weekend? Advice? TIPs help needed.?
personally, i would show him the city during the day, and then maybe at night you guys could hang out. cuz during the day, you still are together, but its not ';just you two';. but i think it will be a good experience for both of you. i hope this helps, and have fun! %26lt;3makeup brush

Mid years in 4 days! Any advice/tips?
I've got mid years in 4 days. Yeah. I know, i was just lazing about all these days and today i got the mood. I got the seriousness. Ok, so anyway., i need to cram.
I'm planning to record important points on a tape recorder and play it to sleep..(if i manage to buy it)
and mind-maps i find are extremely time-consuming and because i draw badly i keep re-doing and end up wasting loads of time.
I try to write out my own notes and write out questions. I also test my friends online. What else can i do? I don't favour history and geog especially with boring topics about pollution and war and immigrants. I also might need help in science and Home Econs.
Is there any better way to cram? =P =))) I will try my best to do well. Please don't discourage me. I know i can do this with a little help.Mid years in 4 days! Any advice/tips?
I was also a procrastinator all through high school and college.
Tips:
1. I used to write down ';key'; words and phrases and study off them.
2. Do a brain storm for instance: Pollution (goes in the middle) and then off of it- cars, electricity, coal, recycle-
then you do more ';sub'; categories off those- for instance off cars you could put gas, carbon dioxide, hybrid, alternative methods of transpartation...ect...hopefully you understand.
3. do mini quizzes on yourself- or have family/friends quiz you
4. post e notes...on your mirrors, on your bathroom door, computer (so when your doing YA you can study), fridge (you have to get answers right before you can get anything out)!
Hope these helped. And from one procrastinator to another, you should always start early....Yeah right! LOL.Mid years in 4 days! Any advice/tips?
Hon, When you copy somthing word for word in your own handwriting it comits it to memory more than just reading does !!!

KillaBee... Try Meditation. I have been practicing Transcendental Meditation for a long time with wonderful results. Basically Transcendental Meditation (TM) is a mental discipline which one attempts to get beyond the conditioned, ';thinking'; mind into a deeper state of relaxation or awareness.
TM may emphasize different goals -- from achievement of a higher state of consciousness, to greater focus, creativity or self-awareness, or simply a more relaxed and peaceful frame of mind. TM is about transcending all our thoughts and experiencing emptiness, being out of space and time, and enjoying it.

well, my mother always said, ';The way you treat your body today is how you will feel 5 years from now.';
meaning: if you treat your body good today, then more than likely you will feel good later on down the road.
the long-term effects of the drugs may have began to take their toll on your body.
i have live by these words o' wisdom that my mother gave me years and years ago, and i really think there is major truth to her advice.
so just stop the drugs and stick with it, give your body time to recuperate from the long-term effects that the drugs probably caused, and keep eating healthy and begin an exercise regimen.
plus, you may also still be experiencing withdrawal symptoms as well.
hope this helps. good luck to you!!I'm drained all the time. advice/tips please?

Training for a half marathon. comments, advice, tips?
I have been running cross country and track and field since 2005, and I want to do a half-marathon this spring, in May. My plan is to conquer mileage loops one at a time. For example, I am currently working on a 5 mi loop (not running it every day however) and I have a goal for the pace I want to run it in. After I reach that goal, I will move up to a 6 or 7 mi loop, etc.
I am not as concerned with speed as much as I am with stamina.
Do you have any tips? I am also curious how important abs are. I do crunches after I run but nothing intense. How important is this?
Thanks.Training for a half marathon. comments, advice, tips?
- Keep track of your mileage and times in a log.
- Warm up and walm down with walking followed by stretches. Crunches as part of your warm-down sounds like a good idea. In http://www.expertvillage.com/video/13485鈥?/a> they recommend doing crunches before running as well.
- Eat plenty of carbohydrates after exercise to build up reserves.
- Leave at least a day between longer distance runs to give the body time to recover. Don't force it - do what feels right!
- Eat healthily at all times (fats can be healthy too!) and eat plenty of protein on recovery days.
- Build up as you go, and sometimes mix up your running sessions with alternate sprints, and jogs, walking or stretching when you need a rest.
- And most important of all........HAVE FUN!!!

Dont hit the parking break. Park on flat ground. And kill all roaches in the car.
Yes - and please be careful - it is fun and exciting especially when the car is moving. Play safe. Wear seat belts.
my advice is go get a room!!!!
keep the car running with AC so it dosnt get to hot.
in the middle of perking lot by a beach at 3 in the morning.
my advice is to not get any giz on the seats.
hope you have fun.

Many many times.
Use the back seat, never try in a Fiero and anywhere others can see you is a bad idea. The cops tend to show up shortly.
Yes in a forest preserve. Best advice I can give is if you have a small car like my Miata, don't even think of doing it.
yes in the back seat in a sports authority parking lot. Crack a window it gets steamy in there!
yes...while my man was driving it was some of the best I've ever had!!!!! but one needs to be careful.
a memory I will always have! the best!!!!

Hey, I'm doing my first biathlon (run, bike, run) in a month. Does anyone have any tips or advice to share.?
Yes. Try doing the course before the actual race. It is a huge advantage if you know where you are in the course and how much further you need to run etc. very helpful.Hey, I'm doing my first biathlon (run, bike, run) in a month. Does anyone have any tips or advice to share.?
yes provide two paths for the rider side by side if you can one hard the other one easy for little kids if they want to ride with mommy or daddy I went on a few and my 10year old daughter wanted to go on one so I took her out to see what she could do and it was to much for her so she stayed home alone and I went on the ride but I felt guilty as hell. I told the organnizer if there is not another path for kids to ride with there parents count me out my kid comes first before any bike rideoh wrong answer I was thinking you was asking about a mountain bike trail ride if you hold that I added some good ideas for that plus other bike shops can give you pointers too but biathlon your on your own but I do wish you luckmakeup brush

SAT Tips and Advice?
I'm taking the SAT on June 2 and I was just wondering if anyone could give me any advice about the test. Like what I should do the day before the test... what i should bring.. how I should study..etc. Like the day before should i jus relax or study my butt off? and is it a good idea to drink coffee before the test? Also did was your PSAT drastically lower or higher than your final SAT score? I just want to know hwo different the two are. Thnx to all who contribute.SAT Tips and Advice?
-Get good sleep the night before
-Eat something in the morning
-No caffiene
-Make sure you go potty first so it won't distract youSAT Tips and Advice?
Best thing to do the nite b4 the test is to just chill and watch a movie or something, because if you don't know anything by now, then you won't for the test.
I got 2 perfect scores in math and reading, but my writing score was only 720, for a total of 2320. I only read this SAT guide, and that is how I got such high scores:

I recommend this guide to anyone seeking to get a higher score to get into a first choice college.
I'd do some light review the day before. Get plenty of sleep. Just bring what they ask you to, and maybe a small snack. I would avoid coffee, unless your routine gets thrown off when you don't have it. My PSAT score was virtually identical overall, having gained 10 points on the SAT. But the subsections were different. My math went down 60 points, writing down 40, and reading up 110!
study hard but sleeep alot.
dont eat much food with lots of sugar.
don't drink coffee. makes you sleeeepy --%26gt; too much sugarr.
and try to relax ..don't forget to breathe!
